Water in the children's pool was too cold. The rubbish bin at the children's playground was overflowing. The gym opening hours were restrictive to people with little children (the gym opened too late, and closed too early).

Food was very good overall and the pool bar was so convenient for lunches. The playgound, kids' club and water slides were great. The gym was well equipped and the aqua aerobics and other activities were great. The abundance of showers and toilets by the pool and by the beachside was very handy.

This was booked as a last minute break away and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself was fantastic. Lots of options for food and drink. Pool area was great and really enjoyed our time there.

No dishes and cutlery in our room: we bring some food from nearby restaurant and had difficulties in consuming it :)

Old but good looking hotel. A lot of mosaic decor, i like it. Kids service. Beautiful sunsets.

The evening chiefs and waiters were rude and unhelpful. Our room was upgraded but still needed maintenance and upgrading. The ceiling was hanging down and the floor was damaged and warped. Indoor pool chairs need to be replaced. Stag and hen parties being held in the hotel making the piano bar rowdy. LACK OF SIGNAGE.

The decor around the hotel was well decorated and clean. The breakfast chef and waitress’s were really helpful and organised help with catering for our requirements. Sun beds were comfortable and the pools were lovely. You are also able to get pool towels

The hotel is looking a little dated. Air conditioning in our room did not work well (had to request a fan). The hotel also do not provide irons (we were advised there is an ironing room).

Parking can be difficult and there really needs to be towel stations at either end of the hotel.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. My room had a lovely view and was nice and quiet just as I like it.

The balcony door in my parent's room wouldn't close. They reported the problem, and the hotel said they fixed it the same day. When we inspected it the same night, it wasn't fixed. Dinner and lunch are overpriced.

The room was spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets.Good aqua-park and swimming pool . I’d like to thank the receptionist Mrs.Xiena .She was very helpful. Also, the buffet was delicious, with huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and special thanks to chef Mr.Antonia was perfect,and waiter Pawjoel too. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel has great facilities but it's a bit worn out, however it's comfortable, the location is beautiful and the value is great.

We had a lovely stay. The seafront room is highly recommended, we loved sleeping listening to sound of waves overnight!

The friendliness of the staff and their approach so that you always feel welcomed. The location is exceptional and the view from the room (we stayed at a sea view room) was magnificent. Front row seats to a magnificent sunset.

Fruits and cheeses selection for breakfast could have been wider. The coffee is very bad (it always is from this type of machines). The juices are made from concentrate. One could expect fresh orange juice in a 5-star hotel. There was only one bottle of water in the room, you need to pay for new bottles. Also unexpected. All in all, the chic is fading. Looks like this was a really gorgeous hotel back then, but it is not 5 stars now, to be honest.

The room, the toiletries, the beds, the view, the heating. And the compliment: sparkling wine and fruits, of course :) Indoor and outdoor pools and the spa area. And they provide unlimited beach towels (although there is a 20 EUR fee if you fail to return it or lose your ticket). The promenade and the playground. The breakfast has good selection of various dishes. Fresh bread is delicious. The animation program for kids looks promising, though we did not check it out because of our own schedule. The staff was very helpful and always available.

I booked and payed for a room with full sea view but we got room with partial view in building B - more than half of view was a hotel part in front of our balcony, sea bay with small part of full sea and rest of the hotel again. Our room was directed to west where sea was to south so it was side view... Mini bar was for all inclusive stays but we got no info about the price ect, no list, no card or other information, I had to ask on reception about that. There is a big problem with locating inside pool and breakfast restaurant. If you are in B building you need to use 2 separate lifts and walk thourgh long corridors. There is no meaningfull map nor any direction arrows in the building. Many people ask about how to find this or that because its not well described anywhare.

Welcome sparking wine (full bottle) with fruits plate. Nice outside park Shops inside and near the hotel. Good service and food.

We had an issue with the first room. But the stuff gave as another one ( upgraded). For the money i paid i feel happy. The dinners were nice as well.

The location of this hotel is hard to beat: we've been here a few times before and the beauty of Coral Bay always takes our breath away! For us, it's so worth it to spend a bit extra for that amazing sea-view room. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and mornings on your own little balcony. The vibe of the whole hotel is authentically Cypriot with it's traditional design and architecture. It has such character, that you don't get in other modern hotels. We enjoyed the generous breakfast buffet, with a huge variety of food and excellent service. Our table outside, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea was exactly the relaxed resort experience we were hoping for!

The phone in the room was not working. I was upset with situation with ironing room. When I was staying in the hotel in Oct, 2023 there was facilities for ironing clothes in front of room 2509. This time the reception also sent me to that room twice but there was no iron. After my complaint they sent to the absolutely opposite side of the building with all laundry. So to get there you need to carry laundry through the lobby where a lot of ppl relaxing in the lounge. It was on Saturday 16th of March. I checked again the room on Monday 18th but they still didn’t equip the room with iron and board((((
