Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hungary-There is hair conditioner for free but no hairdryer. -I agree with the previous commenter about the (lack of) bottled water. It should not be that big investment - neither for hotels nor for airlines to offer such for a minimum price or rather free.
Overall not bad, even for overnight, suits to the needs. Very good and safe location, near to everything. Kind and patient receptionists who gave early morning coffee too. (Could be good role models for some many others... who are at the hotels, island-airports and shops, and behave not like this...). Functional room and comfy bed, hot water. They could organize my early morning taxi, actually made me aware that it is better to pre-book if there are bank holidays. Thanks for the great ride, dear @prestigetheartist

The location was perfect as it was central to everything including stores, transport and restaurants. We took a room with 3 beds which was perfect for our needs. We were not looking for a resort, but rather an inexpensive option for accommodation with benefits. I was pleasantly surprised by the security measures in place.
