Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe whole “eco” thing seems performative or a way to cheap out on certain things. Having to press the button on the shower every 30 seconds to keep it on was annoying.
Clean, seemed relatively new. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room layout was good, and the outdoor space was large.

Excellent staff, always happy to help. Nice vegetation kept the walkways cool. Nice pool area, never felt too crowded. short walk to the beach and supermarket, you can also rent a car at the resort to really get the most out of the island

GermanyIts too far from the beach to walk and there are other options much better located for a better price. Staff at the reception was partly very unmotivated, the beds are small and move around. The kitchen is well equipped but not made for cooking at all since there is only one plug for all electric devices and no space at all for cutting or storing. No hangers in the apartment or bath and very little storage which makes you feel uncomfortable since everything looks messy as soon as you open your suitcase. Can’t recommend.
The terrace was quite big. You get dishwashing tabs and clean cloths. The pools and rooms are clean.
