The room we stayed in was located in a side where you could hear the wind. At times it sounded like we were in the middle of a storm. Too noisy. I suppose rooms located by the pool didn’t find it so noisy. Although it had a gym, I expected better conditions (it was a bit dated and neglected). I liked the hotel, but I was not impressed and I wouldn’t repeat it. Too expensive for what it offers.

Great breakfast, with variety of fruits, bread, juices and pastries. The room was very clean. Staff were very polite and respectful. The pool was great and, in general, the hotel had a great atmosphere.

It’s a bit of a stretch to call our room for seaview as we looked into a small inlet of the sea ;) but nice size .. also a bit old and dated but works fine 👍🏻

The beaches on this side of the island are not the best.

Breakfast is average. Room cleaning only done on my last day. Room amenities and equipments are limited. No boiler or coffee machine. There was an electricity issue at my room as it often went down and staff had to come assist.

Friendly staff at the restaurant with a varied menu. It was deliciously prepared. The staff at reception are always ready to assist. Room is very large and bed is confortable. It is definitly one of praia best options

We felt that sometimes the bar staff could be more attentive as had to ask a few times to be served drinks. A small observation in that my wife did make comment when we checked out that the bathroom towels were threaded and tatty. All trivia stuff.

As soon as we arrived, I recognised the place. I had popped in for a beer on a previous trip while exploring the area on a layover to Maio while staying a mile or so away. The property is in an excellent location for the local beaches. The hotel has a large pool which was not overcrowded and seems to be focused to a business clientele. Breakfast was a typical buffet affair catering to most needs. I did like the Cachupa! Our room was very large. An ideal location to explore the town of Praia and the surrounding areas.

While the hotel is great and very well located, not far from two nice beaches and from Praia town center (a 5-10 minutes walk) we'd like to praise the kindness and the efficiency of the whole Hotel team. Everyone from the waiters and waitresses to the front desk managers have made our stay smooth and easy and always with a smile. Very much appreciated for our holidays. Nice People make Nice holidays. Some minor issues that will probably be fixed, once more tourists come again and staff gets more training. -no fresh water bottles in the mini bar after the first day -no place at breakfast for a family of five -pool chairs could be disinfected -pool could use a deep cleaning

Loved the saltwater pool, the lush greenery and the very decent scenic background music. Relaxing at the pool always felt very good. A huge array of fresh fruit and juices for breakfast! So delicious. The beds were very comfortable. I also liked the little sitting arrangement in front of my hotel door. The room always kept quite cool, even if the AC wasn't running. Taxis are available just outside the hotel. Alugueros and busses stop at the main road, just 3 minutes away. If you want a real beach, it's a five minutes walk. The food at the restaurant is extraordinary! I absolutely loved the grilled tuna and my brother really appreciated the braised pork ribs.

Room was very dated and in need of a refurbishment They seemed to have a shortage of towels. No towels when checking in and later they only gave us 1 of each towel (even though there were 2 of us) Location seemed a bit sketchy to walk at night Terrible view of a metal prison fence from the ground floor rooms Nearby beach isn't great - think rocky marina Vs sandy beach

The wifi sometimes was not working very well. Also just a note to be careful when washing the carpet on the corridor outside the rooms, it left a very intense smell for 2 days. Apart from that it was a great experience.

The location was super nice, 1 min away from Prainha and 2 min away from Kebra Canela beach (by car). The hotel was comfortable, very spacious room and the common areas were big and bright. The breakfast had good quality, with a lot of diversity. Staff was nice as well.

Seawater pool not so good. Could do with a revamped pool, present one too shallow, for a hotel of this rating it should be freshwater, heated and properly sterilised and cleaned. Pool are OK though. Works going on during our stay with pneumatic drills morning and late afternoon.

Nothing to complain!

Very good hotel, top quality - perfect to start a roundtrip in the South of Santiago. Very friendly stuff and a helpful management director. Breakfast buffet is extraordinary. And the large pool is really a big plus! Also the live music in the evening.

From booking.com site I got the impression that it was on the beach. That was not the case. Though there is a sea view from the swimming pool side, there is no beach.

The carpet on the hallway felt and looked really old. Might have been nicer if it was tiled all through. I also did not like the fact that the bar seemed to close at 10:00pm

Breakfast was a good spread. With great coffee options available. I also enjoyed the Hibiscus drink as well as the locally produced cheese.

Great hotel with nice salt water pool, lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff. I heard it can be bizy here, we had some quiet days i guess. There was some renovations that was a bit annoying. But overall we enjoyed it much and I definitely recommend to stay here.
