Comfort was okay, was hopeful for a better bed. Not the worst I've ever slept on, but far from the best either. Basically two single beds pushed together with a gap down the middle. So needless to say, one must sleep on either edge. Disappointing because otherwise was a great hotel.

New facility, great amenities and ideal location. Enjoyed that there was a restaurant on site, as well as a bar on the ground level. And a rooftop pool and a pool on the ground floor made for a nice ambiance.

Amazing! One of the best breakfasts in town... hands down... I'm A CV and I appreciate a wonderful catchupa when I taste one. The choices were very delicious. On vacation I usually don't bother to get up for breakfast, but this is one I had to. Couldn't miss it!!!

The bedroom on the ground floor given was to close to the road. Requested to change and they upgraded the bedroom without charging.

This hotel is amazing! Completly renovated and the staff is very nice. We stayed here 2 times going and coming back from Santo Antao. When we returned we got a room with some issues and they got us new room without a hesitation. Breakfast is really good and the view from the roofswimmingpool is amazing!

A small minus: a large mirror in the room would be nice

Fantastic modern and beautifully decorated hotel. Nice spacious and clean room with a good bed and very quiet. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast is great with lots of fresh fruit and delicious bread. The staff at breakfast are also very kind. Great view on the lovely roof terrace. And close to all hotspots. Really great!

The staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the balcony and view. The room was clean and spacious. I found the mini-fridge handy. It was a great price. The location was very convenient for me. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and you can't beat the view from the top floor. I had a tasty fish dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Check in time was stated as 12 noon on booking.com. We had to wait over two hours to check in! The staff at the front desk informed us checkin was at 2pm. We waited along with other people who were told the same thing. At 2pm a crowd of people arrived and we were told we had to wait till they were checked in first. Very unacceptable considering we had reservations through booking.com, and had already waited two hours. After a fuss we were finally able to check in. This situation needs to be addressed, is check in time 12 or 2? Notify booking. Com or other sites that book this hotel what the correct check in time is.

Firm mattress was not for me.

Very close to city centre, port and local beach. Great views of harbour Clean and fresh Broad range of tv channels including major sports Breakfast and staff in general. Front of house and back of house all excellent. The beds were big enough for two adults and a child.
