Should be mentioned the lack of lift in the hotel.

One of the niecest hotel in Sal, good location, full of plants and flowers, lovely beach and sea water swimming pool. Good breakfast on the sea side and very good restaurant.

One day there was no hot water but was fixed

This hotel is amazing seems like a resort i think is the best one with the price of a hotel and have everything. Views are amazing. Staff is really nice they can book tour for you or drop off taxi. I did the island tour in really recommend it.Restaurant is really good and during evenings there is live music really nice atmosphere. Location close to the place where other bars and restaurants are. I had late flight during evening, did check out at 12 but they offered a room to have shower after enjoying the beach during day.

The breakfast was ok but far from one beng excited about it. The beds were not comfortable. The staff at the reception were not particulalrly friendly.

Great location with everything in walking distance with stunning view both from the balcony of our room and the breakfast place. Awesome balcony with hamoock and comfortable chairs. The cleaning ladies did a fantastic job in our room, every single day - thank you!

The personnel is nice but not very helpful. They will watch you struggle with your luggage without moving a finger.. they also asked me to pay for food I did not have at the beach bar. Someone just gave my room number and signed. Of course I didn’t pay.. I think some kind of proof should be asked to avoid this. Also I think the bottle of water in the room should be free.

Hotel is very clean, very well situated, and most of the staff is super cordial and helpful. Things to know are that the beachfront is rocky, so to swim you have to venture out a w 2 minutes (that is, to swim in the ocean, otherwise the pools are nice) and that there is no room service. However, it is truly minutes from the main street, the rooms are really comfortable, and bar is super fun with delicious food.

The breakfast was very nice and the location of the hotel is good. The staff especially Thomas were exceptionally friendly and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to any of my friends. By the way, the hotel room rate was pocket friendly.

Too few power points in the room. Spare beddings looked old. Room safe was VERY difficult to replace. Upgrade. The location is too pro-Portuguese. That's understandable, however, consider 2 or 3 English channels on TV.

The hotel n dinning were both well located where one could enjoy the sea view.

Not having the room we had booked, ended up with individual beds for my husband and me (not our preference).

Even though we were not able to get the room we had initially booked, the receptionist the next day was more service-minded and helped us with our late check-out request. The hotel itself is nothing short of beautiful, the rooms are very nice and sufficiently spacious with a private terrace where you can hang a hammock, the bathroom is great. Interesting music themed.

Loved this hotel. Great room. We enjoyed the restaurant. The fresh fish was great. Lovely pool in the sea. Spent a good week here. Right by the town so close to all the bars and restaurants in Santa Maria.

deckchairs , tables and seating were put too close to each other as not enough space in public areas for the many guests. breakfast was a bit loveless and often cold by time it got to table wristbands to identify entitlement for breakfast
