The hotel has an amazing location by the coast - you can even hear the waves as you sleep from the seaside rooms. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel restaurant has the best food in Tarrafal. Wi-Fi worked well

The prices at the restaurant are way too high in comparison to the other restaurants in the village.

Beautiful oasis on the ocean front with very attentive and helpful staff. Eco friendly resort that grows its own veggies. Outstanding garden and access to an endless pool and to the ocean. Breakfast is incredibly delicious and served at the ocean front.

The sea view swimming pool was very clean and nice to swim in. The Building is very modern and clean. The Garden is very beautiful. However, the biggest asset of the hotel is the extremly friendly staff. The Breakfast is Served on the ocean front Restaurant and is delicious. You can snorkel, scuba dive and fish Right in Front of the Hotel. The best white Sand and coconut tree Beach on the whole Island is in walking distance. The People in the nearby village are very friendly. It is a very Safe Place.

Everything was perfect! Literally the only complaint our group had was that the soaps/ shampoos used are organic but they dont smell too good.

The rooms were very comfortable , it had everything we needed . The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The location is amazing, we had an amazing view. The facilities were very good. We loved the pool ! Our room had a hammock that we enjoyed a lot. The hotel staff is super helpful and kind. The hotel also offers hikes and bike tours which is a lovely bonus. And if you are into diving the hotel is right next to a great diving center.

The wifi worked but only outside on the terras/balcony of my room. In the reception, breakfast and swimming-pool areas it all worked very well.

The place of the hotel is perfect around the bay. Great for a morning swim. Breakfast was really fresh en delicious. The view from my room was to die for with a terras on the bay. And the coffeemaker in the room was perfect to start the day of with a good espresso! Friendly staff and good maintained grounds.

There was nothing in didn't like that was the fault of the facility. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it had waaaay too much room in it. The manager was gracious enough to move us to one of the modern rooms which are spectacular, but the air conditioning unit wasn't working. We were bummed that we had to leave that awesome room and stay in the oversized room, but it was still a great experience.

The staff did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. The ambiance is so cool, breathtaking and unique - it looks even better in person. The restaurant is top tier and the amenities are a great touch. It is pretty far from Praia (about an hour and 20 minute drive), so plan accordingly. The Tarrafel area is very nice. I look forward to staying here again in the future. This place stays booked, so I advise booking far in advance.

Some of the restaurant staff was not super friendly, but the reception staff and the other restaurant staff was amazing! Also it would be nice to be able to get some snacks (we had a friend not feeling well and she could not eat an entire meal, so it would have been good to get some crisps or something small salty). The staff member we asked was not very pro-active in thinking of a solution with us ☺️

I loved everything about the hotel! From the moment we were welcomed by the reception staff with the wet towels and the juice and the tour of the facilities we felt very welcome! The location is stunning, the food and drinks were good, the rooms beautiful, with the view at the sea and the hammocks, the pool wonderful and the access to the sea a big plus. We had an amazing experience.

Drinks at hotel were good; didn’t try any food. The menu was different and prices high so we ate at different places close by. I put that my stay was for a special occasion (my birthday) and the messaged me before going to ask which of the days, and I replied. I thought they might of asked for some reason, maybe have staff say happy birthday or something, but they didn’t say or do anything while i was there. Thought that was odd.

The location, paradise with beautiful views! Quiet beach town, feels safe, relaxed atmosphere. The “village “ is beautiful! So many little areas to sit and enjoy view; the gardens, the reception area, and so many great photo op areas. The pool is beautiful; facing out to sea, salt water and always feels warm. Great place to lounge, or float, watch the sunset and sip on a drink. Our room was great; was so happy they have AC (very hot august/summer)! The beds have netting and look very romantic. The little touches of african color/fabrics on the pillows, and other things around the hotel, are beautiful. The rooms with sea/pool view are great! Recommend splurging! I would highly recommend this place and plan on going back some day.

This was the highlight of my trip. The view from my room was great. The food at the restaurant was perfecto. some of the staff have become friends and I will definitely stay there again should I return to Cape Verde. King Fisher Village and Tarafal as a whole has my heart.
