No security was onsite after 11PM. We had a problem with some guest being VERY loud and called all 3 numbers supplied for 'security'. No one every answered. We were told by the lady at the desk that there was no security available when we called at 11:30PM.

We loved the pool, also the fact that a restaurant and bar were onsite. It was very comfortable and easy to just 'lounge about' without being hurried or rushed. The late checkout was very helpful as we slept in!

They charge as $250 deposit upfront, and charge it to the credit card in case of "damages" and for the restaurant, which I didn't use aside from the included breakfast. What bothered me is that it took 5 days for the $250 to be returned to my account. I know that's a bank thing (the 5 days), but the $250 deposit is harsh and rude; i understand Jaco is a "party town" and Oceano has to cover their asses for rowdy clients, but I did not like the deposit thing, and am not going back. I go to tons of hotels for work all over Costa Rica, and none of them do that.

The location was perfect! Parking was also available! It was in a safe location and there were wild parakeets all around! Great free breakfast and the staff were very friendly!

I only wish the breakfast was more adjusted to European standards, but I understand that Europeans are not the majority of guests.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, the staff was very kind and attentive, the location is good - not in the center of the city, so you don't hear the noise in night, but close enough to beach, so you can walk. The pool is very good maintained and not very crowded. The small pool at the balcony was an extra plus.

I always stay here on my trips to Costa Rica. There are washers and dryers in the room so we can wash our clothes. The pool and staff are very good.

Breakfast choice was limited, same 8 plate choices everyday, coffee was like water and there was no bread, bagel, cereal, sweets etc. Almost no families with kids stay here.

Apartment was like new, sofa bed was great, location was close to main streets with casino, bars, shops, eateries. Also, walkable to the beach with great sunset.

These are full size apartments, not hotel rooms, all facilities available, full kitchen, washer/dryer etc.... loved it. Plenty of space to hang out, work, lovely balconies. I'm not usually a 'pool area' person but it was really chilled out, nice sunbeds, drinks service, i can't fault it at all! Staff were lovely and didn't mind my pigeon Spanish. It's only a 5min walk to the main avenue with bars/restaurants etc so you are nearby without dealing with the noise etc. Plenty of parking with security 24/7. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks guys!

I wish there was a cut off time for the kids to be in the pool. I also wish the pool area was monitored, as the families with small children took over the hot tub instead of being in the children pool. Lastly, our cable went out for a day and the woman at the front desk was nonchalant about it. Not as much as a free cookie.

I love how close it was to everything.
