Nothing, I truly liked every part of this hotel! I have no complaints or concerns.

It was a great place to stay for someone traveling alone. I appreciated the security guard there 24/7. The facilities were very great & updated. The pool was great. My apartment was large, clean, & well maintained. I loved staying here!

It was so perfect. Location is quiet, right on the beach. The garden is peaceful. The apartment is all that we needed. Ac, hot shower, etc. The pool area is beautiful and quiet. We were lucky enough to have to pool to ourselves on many occasions for a few hours ! We could walk to town and get amazing food. There are so many restaurants a short walk away. Far from the busy town so its super relaxing. Honestly loved my stay !

Rarely, was the front desk guy there. So check in was delayed and getting any help was absent most of the time. After returning of being one hour delayed checking in, he came back with a box full of food. Perhaps maybe suggest they eat prior to the hotels check in to prevent this in the future.

Had a nice kitchen that we enjoyed. Close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful grounds and pool.

As with some of the other reviews the AC is in one room. It actually kept up once it cooled it off. We got there in the afternoon and it was very hot in the room. It took it til late in the evening to cool off.

We got upgraded to the kitchenette room. It was lovely but the spiral staircase was tough to get luggage down and the aircondioner blew right on us all night so we had to keep turning it off.

Beachfront. Beautiful garden, the perfect location to sit back and relax, read, enjoy a glass watching the sunset.... The hotel is located in the southern part of Jacó. Samller resorts and hostels, private houses, and open access to the beach - locals come on the weekend, park thier cars under the palms and enjoy the beautiful beach. This is definetly the nicest part of Jacó, and there is everything you need in walking distance: the banks, good local restaurants, surf shop etc.

The only negative thing about our stay was that there were several long hair in the shower and on the shower walls when we entered the room - but everything else seemed clean.

We booked last minute when passing through Jaco at the end of our holiday - we had low expectations given some of the reviews but we were very nicely surprised and really loved the place. Value for money is great - location is perfect (right on the beach, close to shops and restaurants but at quieter part of the town), our superior apartment was spacious and well equipped, there’s lovely garden and clean pool on the property. Note that all apartments face the pool/communal area so you’re a bit “out there” when sitting on terrace or entering your room. However, the whole apartment is sound proof and we were not disturbed by any noises from the communal area.

Great locations with pool and bbq area. It has the most amazing old grow tree by the beach that the employees clean around everyday. The rooms are clean and well furnished the staff is excellent.
