Positive section of review
The rooms were very clean, and the cleaning staff, especially Janet, were very nice and kind. Breakfasts had plenty of options and the omelets were great. Harold and the other office staff were also helpful as we journeyed in and out while there. The location is very convenient to Central Kampala, with the location in Kooki towers providing access to anything we needed quickly. We always felt safe and secure among the bustle of the city.

Beautiful location next to a waterfall and super friendly staff. Food was very good. Very shady, so temps remained very cool, even during the afternoon. Many beautiful plants to enjoy onsite. It is a hillside property, so good exercise can be obtained via the many stairs.

Rooms and beds are a bit small. Water heaters are very small and run out of hot water quickly.

Street outside the window was noisy (other side of the building might be fine), no fan provided, and mosquito net wasn't proper size for bed.
