The location and aesthetics of the property are absolutely phenomenal. I felt transported into a location that wasn’t just a hotel but clearly a labor of love. There were personal touches that just made sense, excellent provision of little amenities, amazing breakfast and dinner with a view. We came to the town of Şirinçe for its historical charm (and it had plenty), but our stay and walks around the grounds of Nisanyan hotel were the most charming part of all. My partner and I have stayed in hotels in over 15 countries, and this one was in our top 3, and in certain aspects, a clear favourite. I would love to come back and stay longer in the future.

Great hotel and service and an excellent location! We arrived earlier than check-in and we left our luggage while we toured the same day. The staff is kind and hospitable and assisted with any information that we asked for.

The location was amazing. We personally like the side of Istanbul over the bridge though, since we stayed over there. But if you’re interested in this side — location couldn’t be better.

The water in the room was €6… never been to a 5 star hotel that doesn’t at least give free waters. That was a major turn off. We were given menus for the restaurant in the hotel but given the listed menu in our room for the snacks and drinks, we didn’t even entertain the restaurant they had — because there was no prices and they offered a discount for guests… red flag. Also when we were shown the restaurant there was no one in there. We stayed far away. Staff was in line with a 5 star hotel. However, they only really wanted to speak with my husband since he’s a male. I book every trip and all of the details so I know what’s going on, and he normally does not.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful property with spectacular views over several terraces! Spacious and cozy rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Value for money.

The location was next to the exhibition center, and the personnel at the hotel was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

The far distance from the city center, where it is good to combine business with city tour. But this was not affordable. Next thing, the shower gel was not soo good and no toothpaste was available in the room.
