I was booking another hotel in peior to my visit but they canceled last minute on the day of arrival so I had to book alternative which is Gin Bugis. Even though it hasn’t a pool but it was good choice. Location is amazing 3mins walk to petronas tower and hotel is right infront of k avenue mall , the staff are so nice. It was raining suddenly and Tay was so responsive helped us & gave me an umbrella to go to Batu caves, also all the staff are nice and smiley all the time

Close to the city centre and good resturants Scored 10 The apartment was clean and the aircon worked very well The apartment manager we delt with was personable and easy to deal with Just down the road from gravy baby and Hard Rock Cafe Can see the patronus towers and the centre point tower from apartment

It’s actually at the airport (terminal 2) and the airport’s shuttle for Terminal 1 is a short walk from the front door of the hotel, which is convenient. They offer a meal voucher, even for a same day stay (I booked a 12 hour stay 7am-7pm).

The bed, the window, the spacious bathroom, the cuteness of the space and especially love the lightings!

The biggest reason I would not come back is because there is NO BIDET in the toilet. There's also only one slow elevator which can be a bit annoying when everyone is using it at the same time.

The room smelly. And quite dirty. The bathroom is really smelly. Room got cockroach. And electricity cut off about1 1 hour too. And the customer service girl (red hair one) is very rude to us and other Malay customers also. But she was so nice with foreigners and Chinese customers.
