I recently stayed at Paradiso and the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the rooms were spacious yet cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Saipan.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly, took care of us and went the extra mile to make sure our laundry was done even if it was late at night.

Small kitchenette as advertised wasn’t what I expected. Hot water dispenser leaked to the floor making it slippery and wasn’t wiped up. The lone woman attendant disappeared immediately upon taking me to my room. I wanted to talk to her about why there was no internet availability despite an internet link machine in the room so I never was able to connect as there was no address and password to see, know, and to access. I wasn’t sure where to find her. I went to the office to talk to her several times, day and night, and there was no one who answered my knocks. She didn’t even speak English. Very discouraging stay.
