The Hotel Location was quite good and great and very strategic to other offices I needed to visit. The hotel food was also very good The staff also provided assistance when needed particularly when trying to get Taxi to places I was also happy with the Airport Pick up on arrival & drop off during my departure

The airport pickup is not included in the reservation and they will charge you 30USD for it. And the apartment is in the 3rd floor with no elevator so it was a bit hard since I had very heavy luggage.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel, mostly with the man who manages/owns it. I arrived very late on the first night so the security guard gave me my keys and I never really formally checked in. I spent the rest of my time staying there trying to get a hold of someone to tell me how to check in and out, and for help arranging transport back to the airport. On the last morning as I was about to leave I sent a note saying I would just leave the keys at breakfast and suddenly got a message to call the manager urgently. He also called the front gate security guard to warn him not to let me leave and he called the woman who serves breakfast to have her tell me I wasn’t to leave until I paid my bill. I finally spoke to the man who accused me of trying to leave without paying. When I said I was trying to pay and leave he said I would have to wait for 30 minutes until he got there to charge my credit card. 2 hours later he wasn’t there, wasn’t answering messages from me or the breakfast staff, and I was at risk of missing my flight. I couldn’t leave because of the armed guard at the front. The breakfast staff finally brought out a credit card machine that had been there the entire time and I paid. Not sure what the point of all of the waiting and yelling and accusations was, but the man never even showed up and apparently they could have charged my card at any time. The man later texted me that his phone ran out of battery and that’s why he wasn’t responding to messages. I barely made my flight and had an extremely stressful two days staying here. Just stay somewhere else.

I did not like the plenty of Email reminders to pay before I arrived. Just remind me once not 20 times. When I had my meal there was no option to add my meals to my room and pay one time.

Customer service- Perhaps it was a cultural issue or language barrier- but overall I was not very impressed. Also, they were adamant on payment before being picked up at the hotel yet you are going to the same hotel!
