The room was good, but we booked for 5 people and I expected an extra bed for the kid. They just had one big double bed and 2 single beds. An extra bed was charged which was not expected as per the booking. The location is very good, metro station is just 5 mins walk and nearby grocery and restaurants. Breakfast is not there at the restaurant.

There has to be some tea and coffee provided in the room. Just water and that too only 3-500 ml drinking water among 5.

Everything was amazing. Communication with the host was exceptional and made our stay even better. Great location, we also had Netflix and the supermarket downstairs was so convenient as well as the tram station across the road. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch would definitely recommend!

Most of the staff especially at valet were very nice. The hotel is in the palm Jumeirah, 20mins from the city. The pool area was great and they had a kids section.

There was one receptionist who was not friendly and she couldn’t find out booking information when we arrived at night. We didn’t like the food and food options at the one restaurant in the hotel. The hotel flooded during the rainstorm. They told us there was no gas for room service food.
