The location in a good residential area close to restaurants and the metro. My room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast on the 17th floor with views of the Andes was good.

The Bathroom was quite smelly (like sewers), and the room decoration is quite dated.

The breakfast option continues to be poor by offering the sloppy eggs which they consider as scrambled eggs. They need to change the menu and offer more options for eggs and notify the guests of the options available.

Internet access has improved. Facilities to hold informal business meetings in foyer area is great.

The staff were awesome, very helpful and sorted us out for numerous things. We only ate little breakfast due to schedule but what we got was great and plentiful. The sundeck/pool was nice, small but still nice. Wish there was a bar there. I will not write scratches or peeling paint in some obscure corners and I don't care and won´t look for issues. Great location with at least short walk to nice restaurants, bank, store and the mall/sky tower.

The hotel charges double for the early morning airport shuttle compared to the taxis…and staff are ordered not to call a taxi for you . Beware! First time I encountered a front desk staff to refuse to do such a favour (Denise)… This girl exhibited a strong attitude problem…pretending not speaking English, but understanding it, total disrespect and unwillingness to help! For tourists like us, who do not speak Spanish, to encounter the language barrier from the front face of the hotel doesn’t speak loudly about the quality of the their services! However, Angela was our angel…caring, honest, willing to help and most of all-speaking perfect English. Hotel management should reconsider the shuttle changes that seemed to boost hotel’s revenue based on the tourist desperation to catch a very early morning flight. (And…for your info…Uber is dimmed “illegal” in Chile, but works impeccably!)

Modern, contemporary, clean, well maintained hotel close to one of the biggest malls in Santiago; didn’t try the breakfast as we arrived late and the facility to order a breakfast for next day was already closed…I booked a trip to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar (next day early morning trip)… The tour was OK, although I wanted more savvy tour guide…and if you book any trip though the hotel, make sure they confirm it’s ok to pay with a credit card with no additional charges added to the final bill.

Did not have any housekeeping service so had to ask for new towels as the room had not been serviced by 16:00. Pool small and cramped and no obvious changing rooms.

We had no hot water on our last evening, which took a long time to fix. The A/C is quite noisy.

The Hotel is in a very good location, surrounded by plenty of nice bars and restaurants. Minimal traffic noise. Breakfast was a little limited, but the staff were nice. The staff in the bar and Enebro restaurant were good too.
