The home was lovely and spacious, the only thing worth noting was there was no A/C and just had ceiling fans which in the heat of the day did not cool the room down much.

The villa was lovely with a private deck looking straight onto the ocean. The location was also good, with a shop just across the road. A fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated as we were there for a full week.

There were a few water problems while we were there but we were out most of the days so didn't really worry us too much.

The view is absolutely gorgeous! The villa is absolutely beautiful! We totally enjoyed our stay in three bedroom, three bathroom villa. The kitchen is great, there was some coffee, tea bags, sugar, milk, water and salt already there for us to use on the first day which was great! The beds were very comfortable and two of the bedrooms had walk in wardrobes! The location was good as there was a gas station/convenience store/burger joint a short walk down the road. Couldn't hear any noise from the downstairs units.

The check in procedure was not good. We had no prior instructions for check in. When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon the office was closed. Because of cell phone and internet service on the island we were not able to contact the host. We had to return to the airport to purchase internet service. We were finally able to contact the host who said that the room keys were under the door mat. We made the 20 minute drive back to the condo only to find that there were no keys under the mat. Another guest was able to contact the host about our inability to enter the condo. After another wait, the host was able to arrive at the property with keys. The other main problem is with internet service on the island. This is not the fault of the property and once we purchased the internet package from vodaphone we were able to use the internet. Because we work remotely internet is crucial for our business and it should be explained to visitors that internet service in Roratunga is practically nonexistent and very expensive.

The pressure of the water when you have a shower it's very light not strong 😕 but you can still clean yourself.

Everything. The views from the 3 bedroom villa we're spectacular. Whales swam by. Just amazing watching the whales. Very calming for the soul looking at God's creations from the Sea, waves the palm trees swaying. On the other side was the mountain views. Absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤

Maybe we've been spoilt where we've stayed previously but they didn't come in and clean in the 14 nights we stayed there and there were no hoover etc for us to clean ourselves. There was obviously sand etc that we brought in from the beach which ended up everywhere! We also had to request that the linen was changed after a week. There was a lot of litter around the property on arrival too.

The location was perfect, whale watching from the deck was breathtaking. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

Minor repairs needed. Ranchslider wouldn't lock, the bathroom tap needed force to turn to and from hot and cold and the shower head wouldn't hold in place. We did advise the property manager.

Location was perfect. Nice roomy studio unit. Very clean. Everything we needed to be self sufficient, except a washing machine. Property manager checked with us a couple of times to see if we needed anything Outdoor, covered dining table and chairs

Ura was an exceptional host, and made our experience in Rarotonga incredibly easy. The property was everything it said it was on the listing, and provided a great beachfront location away from the busy areas of the island.

Not really a problem, but because the property is literally on the beach, most metal objects on the porch (ceiling panels, door locks, etc) were heavily corroded.

Well equipped, spacious apartment. The property managers came around a few times to check if I needed anything, and they were very nice. There is a small grocery store just 250 meters away. The beach isn't swimmable, but beautiful Muri beach is only a 5 minute drive away. The Vodafone wifi in the house was quite good. I would easily book another stay here.

It would be great if there was a BBQ and perhaps a few more kitchen supplies such as pepper and cling-wrap. The location is exposed to wind but the deck extends right around the house so there's always a nice calm spot in the lee somewhere.

The main villa upstairs is hugely spacious with an enormous deck and a fantastic beachfront aspect. Well appointed.

We loved it!

The location was gorgeous! Every morning my partner and I would wake up and have a coffee on the deck looking out to the ocean, loved it! And we love animals so the local dogs coming around were very welcome!

A change of towels would have been great for our 5 day stay.

Good location. clean space, helpful to have a full kitchen with all basic amenities. Owners called us and checked in on us which was kind.
