Liked everything and would not hesitate recommending this spot to family and friends. I would also be happy to stay there again.

Breakfast was conveniently included in the accommodation price. It was always fresh. healthy options and plenty of it. The villas were cleaned daily to a very high standard. All the staff were super friendly. Located wonderfully across the road from the beautiful lagoon, equipment for snorkelling, kayaks all at our disposal. Beautiful pool and plenty of sun chairs available.

The property itself exemplary But High tides and wind during our stay meant Beach opposite had quite a current - children needed to be accompanied and supervised.

Unfortunately we were located at the waste tank end of the property. As the school holidays commenced, the resort occupancy increased and it seems the waste water system couldn't cope, or was venting more. The evenings became unpleasant with the smell of human waste (assumedly as everyone took their showers, thus increasing the load on the waste water system). It was reported on two occasions and they were extremely apologetic, and tried to act on it.

Very comfy beds, we slept SO well! The kitchen was a good size and adequately equipped. Lovely gardens around the unit. Great pool. Awesome snorkelling almost across the road.

we loved the facilities and location of Lagoon Breeze, right beside a great snorkelling and swimming beach, what more could you want for idyllic tropical holiday!

This place was a home away from home - the staff were extremely welcoming, the breakfasts were great, and we enjoyed the hotel's senior golden retriever (Coco) and two cats. The villa itself was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and a well-working a/c unit. The furnishings aren't luxe, but are clean, comfortable and well-kept. There is a pool with adjoining jacuzzi, a children's playset and trampoline, and several grills around the property. The grounds themselves are gorgeous and relaxing, with ample space between villas.

Extremely friendly staff, office staff Naomi was very helpful nothing was a problem. Individual villas situated in well maintained grounds provide privacy from other guests. Great pool area suitable for all ages. Playground and trampoline for the grandchildren. Kayaks, snorkelling equipment and beach toys for the children. Nice safe beach for swimming snorkelling directly across the road

Our studio was very clean and attractively furnished. The beach opposite the villas was really nice, with clear water. The swimming pool was amazing. Vicki greeted us in a very friendly manner and it was great being able to stay in our room til our airport transfer arrived.

We checked out early to find out that we could of stayed in our room a bit longer so had we been told there was no rush to check out by 10am the night before it would have been easier and saved us sitting in the breakfast eating area for 2 hours

Breakfast is a great time to meet other guests and staff and a great start to the day The beach across the road has excellent snorkelling Our first booked unit had a problem with the shower and we were moved to another unit in no time which was a bigger unit than we had booked

Awesome little place, fantastic people that were always willing to help out.. Great breakfast in the morning to start the day.. A special little mention to Coco the dog, always happy to see the guests with a big waggly tail and always up for a pat.

the wifi seemed intermittent however this certainly did not deter us as we had plenty of phone data.

What a brilliant facility, the staff the location the breakfast the pool, everything was brilliant. the breaky was yum and the afternoon cocktails were a real treat. The staff were outstanding and very very helpful. and it made for such a relaxing break.

the staff were amazing and friendly! great spot for families, had a playground which our baby loved! the layout of the accom was perfect and driving distances from lots of good spots to eat and swim. the breakfast is average, but it’s just what you need because you want to save your meals for eating out anyways!

The only thing would be the trampoline has no pads or net which wasn't ideal for our little kids. Overall tbere wasnt anything we didn't like.

The villas were a great size, well equipped and clean. Staff were lovely across all areas, breakfast was good and the facilities for kids were great. They have beach toys, snorkeling gear and kayaks for use as well. The beach across the road was good and just a few hundred meters to the Rarotongan beach as well.

The villas and the gardens are beautiful. They are really well maintained and spotless. The staff are amazing! they were very helpful and lovely and always happy to answer my non-ending questions. The villas are just across the road from a marine reserve. They have kayaks and snorkelling equipment and a lovely little bar and a pool. I will definitely come back!!!

Nothing - we just wish that there were a few more cafes etc within walking distances - not your problem. What happened to the muffins we used to have at breakfast sometimes?

Very spacious with lots of chairs and appliances; very clean and tidy. Reception, cleaning and breakfast staff are so welcoming. Love the fruit at breakfast

Nothing we enjoyed everything

Vicki and Naomi were very accommodating and helped my sister and I with whatever we needed. Vicki made us feel at home and ensured we were looked after. Breakfast was fresh and was one of the things we looked forward to every morning. The location was also great! not too far from the shops, easy access to transport and also right across the road was a beautiful beach.

Our transfer from the airport was a bit bumpy as the driver did t know where our room was so we drove aimlessly around the resort at 2am for about half an hour, but got there in the end. A few activities we thought were booked actually weren’t, but everything turned out ok and we had a marvellous time.

The pool was spotless, the staff were delightful and very helpful, my kids felt happy and relaxed and had a great holiday. The paw paw at breakfast was plentiful!
