My 13-year-old and I stayed 5 nights. Each day the unit was tidied, and our beds were made up with fresh linen and clean towels that were provided daily. They also dryed some wet clothes for me free of charge.The office manager was very helpful and friendly. I got injured, and he gave me a first aid kit and medical supplies. He assisted me with the bus route and met all of my needs and expectations. He also went out of his way to drop us to the airport at 1.30 in the morning for a reasonable charge. Excellent service and very good upkeep of property and cleanliness.

Perhaps a better fan, especially for the hotter months.

I love how central this location is to town. Whilst the room was basic, it has everything you need, it's CLEAN & housekeeping swings by everyday. You cannot match the value that Kiikii Inn has to offer.

A great place to stay for us as we landed late at night. The room was comfortable and the staff helped out with anything we needed. Would recommend this property.

The interior facilities and decor of the hotel room are somewhat outdated, and the mattress is not sufficiently comfortable. Additionally, the bed sheets are not adequately clean.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, allowing guests to fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves at night and wake up to the sight of the sunrise in the morning.

The door jamming and the taps dripping.No milk to make a coffee, had issues with the wifi, but we called reception and the sorted it.

Lovely view, linen was fresh and clean, towels lovely and fresh.The door to the bathroom jammed a lot and woke everyone up opening the door. Otherwise a lovely set up and lovely staff who looked after us. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Flyscreen doors with locks would be great - to help with more airflow.

I loved staying at Kiikii Inn. The location is breathtaking-the ocean on one side and magnificent mountain on the other. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is great - both give the place a sense of space and calm. All the staff were warm and helpful. We had breakfast one morning - muesli, toast and fruit delivered to the room at 8 am.

The place had a damp smell to it & it was hard to dry things. The shower head attachment was rusty and the bathroom door was peeling. These things did not impact our stay too greatly.

Excellent value for money! Convenient airport pick up (regardless of the time you fly in), easy access to the nearest convenience store and taxis are easy to take from there.The people who run KiiKii are super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend for a budget trip.

The people in the unit next to us were smoking outside so we couldn't open our windows. Even with closed window the awful smell of cigarette smoke came in. It would be great if a section of the units were completely non smoking.

Kiikii Inn has been so well laid out. the gardens and sea view are beautiful. The room is basic but comfortable. The staff have been lovely, welcoming and helpful. The pool is great.

The room was comfortable and tidy given the price of the room relative to other accommodation in Rarotonga, however I did find the general atmosphere of the room to be well-used/well-worn.

I stayed at the Kiikii Inn and Suites as I was requiring one night's accomodation near the airport. I found the room comfortable, and being elevated (on the top level) I woke up to a beautiful view of the sea. I appreciated the airport transfer especially given the late hour, and found the staff I met to be very helpful. I particularly enjoyed the provision of tropical fruit as part of the breakfast. Thank you!

needed more light by pool side especially at night maybe ferry lights so it’s not so bright for guest. mesh door that is lockable for the back door so we can leave it open to feel safe. larger rubbish bins for kitchen in rooms so rubbish isn’t over flowing. brighter lights in the room as it was quite dull. should have a food shop available. despite this I would still stay here and with my husband and kids

location was perfect, pool area was private, cleaning staff were lovely, great value for money, reception staff was very accommodating. Great place to chill without activities happening around us.

Bedside light switch would have been convenient

checked in early and was immediately shown to big bright room with somewhat dated and worn funriture and fixings. Excellent well maintained pool and leafy gardens with view of pool from outisde the room.

It needs more outdoor solar lights in the pool area..making it a place to hangout for the guest creating a petting ambience complimenting the pool area.but I liked everything

I loved how the pool area has lights now and it's not so dark anymore but it's pretty. And the pool side has been painted looking kept and the gardens are beautiful the rooms are clean and spacious tv has also upgraded enjoyed our stay very much 😀
