Just a little too far from beach etc but not a problem if you have a car

Our first room was a little dark and we could hear movement on the floor above. The second unit (upstairs) was large and fantastic.

Kia Orana Villas and Spa is located inland from Avarua. The facility is a small resort type place with some units on the ground level and some on the second story. Ours was ground floor and a good size. We were upgraded after three days to a second story unit. The facilities were good and the spa pool was lovely. Also lovely was the manager, Sane who was very helpful.

We had a few issues of large ant colony living in the DVR box , but we got them under control ..

Large size villa and good facilities for self cooking and also washing and drying of clothes .. perfect desk to work from and lovely hosts and manager . Also anything requested was immediately delivered or assisted with .

Liked everything. The staff we amazingly friendly and helpful.

We arrived late at night and got a bit lost. My husband walked in to find someone and was met by Davita who not only showed us the way but carried my really heavy bag. He was lovely.

The units looked too close together BUT we were so surprised at the privacy each unit had. The units were all booked out and we never saw other guests. So you do get your privacy.

Everything about this property was excellent starting from checking in and the welcome we often travel to the Cooks and this place really stood out. I highly recommend this property for its location, cleanliness, and facilities. The pool and spas were superb. Sane and her team were exceptional.

One thing , the fridge which was sufficient for 2-4 people could have been larger , the space was made for a larger fridge or perhaps a second smaller bar fridge for the beer and wine would be handy . Also the hot water setting could be raised , as it never went above luke warm , which on a typical hot Rarotongan day would be sufficient .

Very large spacious villas and very well appointed and decorated .. love having washer and dryer and barista coffee machine . Beds very comfortable and plenty of room for spreading out luggage and personal belongings . Also handy to pool and jacuzzi area which was great and good private parking spot also .

We had a car for this part of our trip and it was necessary for this location.

Beautiful rooms in a peaceful location. Perfect for a self-sufficient holiday with a well-equipped modern kitchen but continental breakfast also available. The pool and spa areas were well kept and the availability of three separate spas was a bonus.

Some maintenance required, our wardrobe doors wouldn't open but we could live with it as everything else was lovely.

There’s nothing to dislike.

Kia Orana Villas & Spa was AMAZING!! We stayed here for 6 nights everything is nice & clean. Sane, Joe & there team made sure we were well looked after. Gave us directions or info if we needed it they seriously go above & beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool is a cooler temp which is perfect for the hot weather. Breakfast includes the fresh yummy fruit straight from the plants or trees. Everything is so close to Avarua its perfect u can walk 20min to be in the Avarua township or 2min drive. We loved our stay!!

Great accommodation, very comfortable bed/beds; smart layout; feels like home; well-equipped kitchen. The staff is very supportive and attentive. Our family enjoyed our stay. We want to thank Sane and all staff for their hospitality. The villas are within walking distance of the city center, close to the airport. We hired a car and visited different beaches. When the weather was not perfect, we simply stayed at the villa and enjoyed our time around the swimming pool and spas.

After staying on the beach in the south for a week, we decided to stay somewhere close to the airport and town for our last couple of days and we made a great choice with Kia Orana Villas. We had two villas as there was 6 of us and Sane very kindly changed the location of one so we were side by side and allowed us to enter it at 10am. We overlooked the pool which was surrounded by well kept gardens. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond what they needed to do and made our stay very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
