Accommodation and facilities and staff were fantastic. If anything is the courtesy of other guest, you can't control what they do and how they behave.

There were 10 of us travelling and we only stayed for one night as we transitioned to a holiday home. And overall experience was fantastic. Beds were super comfy and loads of space for all three rooms we had booked. clean, cool and comfy. We also booked for the island night and had breakfast and all was just right for us, we really enjoyed our stay. But the real stars was staff, everyone was super friendly and made you feel welcome.

Garden view room was clean, spacious and cool, with free flowing air, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Added bonus was the breakfast being included.

- lack of parking - some restaurant staff were too grumpy - lack of info regarding things to do in the local area - would’ve been great to know info such as when the markets are open and where, what activities are available both in and out of the resort, and would have been a bonus to have a list of other car rental places in the area - so one has more than just the in-house car rental company (which never seemed to have vehicles available) to choose from - lack of some room amenities - would have been nice if rooms had a microwave - would be good if rooms also had a ‘clothes horse’ - to dry clothes in your room as paying for a drier is expensive if you’ve only got a little bit of clothing to dry

- close to the water - the ambience - awesome friendly reception and property staff ie:- grounds people/room attendants - most of the restaurant waitress/waiter staff were lovely - very yummy food - excellent onsite day spa

Kids club but they address the issue of letting my child go and no one was in our room therefore found her distressed out side the room the manager dealt with this and the staff responsible. The fact that when I made the booking for the AB table it was not done or the staff were not fazed by this it annoyed me! The snorkeling gear was faulty or there was not enough of it there was a slim chance of getting workable gear, next time we will bring our own. Some of the activities at the activities hut did not go ahead orientation, market day - the staff member seemed really uninterested Keano?

Kids club stuffed up but addressed our problem straight away. Breakfast was fab although I made a booking of the AB table two mornings in a row as the first morning I booked it someone was sitting there and the same the second morning the other mornings I just got up earlier to secure the spot - that annoyed me a little. Dinner menu unfortunately I have a really fussy child and there was nothing suitable on the dinner menu for her - plain is what some 8 year old kids like. Room was adequate for what we needed.

Hmm I found some of the staff a bit rude, also after repeating ourselves a few times for our drink order I gave up and took what I was given

I loved seeing the friendly dogs and how staff let them in the resort they were such a huge part of my experience there and made me feel comfortable

Found breakfast a bit bland and if you were later to breakfast there was often limited left. Food at the restaurant was Okay but preferred to eating elsewhere unfortunately

Loved our location as this was the seller for us. Would definitely book the beach villa again. Great layout and catered for all members of our family from infants to adults. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Beach was lovely to swim in in front of our villa

The booking was for disability. One has wheelchair, other has walker. Stipulated this via Comms several times. Arrival was not prepared. Disability room not avail. We’re put in dangerous position with no rails for toilet/showers etc. we’re moved after 2 nights but very disappointed initially.

Our dryer didn't work. But we were refunded. Pool was a little small for the large numbers of guests.

Its a bit run down, the table and chairs in the dinning area needs updating. The bathrooms need renovating. I didn’t like the “breakfast included” as it was just fruit, toast and yoghurt and had to pay extra to get a cooked breakfast a buffet breakfast should be expected. The cultural night started too late but we loved the night.

Location; it is so close to the airport and town. Beautiful sport on the beach. The people were all so amazing, the service was great. The pool towel service was really good. We loved the room servicing.

The food was pretty average. Enjoyed the breakfast but found some of the lunch/dinner meals a little bit greasy and underwhelming. This didn't worry us too much as we were happy to eat elsewhere sometimes

We had an amazing stay!! WOuld highly recommend. A handy location for getting into town and around the island and loved being at one of the bigger resorts

block we were staying in had not been renovated, other blocks had so those rooms would be nicer - restaurant food was bland and overcooked

The facilities (bathrooms, dining furniture, playground) were outdated and need replacing/upgrading.

It's close to the airport, staff were friendly, the gardens were beautiful, the cocktails were delicious, and the continental breakfast was great with fresh fruit, yogurt, juices etc.

The shower kept leaking and over flooding. We had to use towels to barricade the water in so the whole bathroom didn’t flood.

The grounds were always kept tidy and clean thanks to the staff. Our house keeper Ana was amazing. She was always smiling and made us feel welcomed every time we saw her! She was just wonderful.

The outdoor air-conditioning unit was very noisy/in poor condition, kept us awake at night at times - was very noisy when outside room trying to have quiet time relaxing
