Staff briiliant, food great, our stay was so good.Emele at reception superb, Tamata in security, what a lovely person. Sue in dining room also a lovely person. On the whole, our stay was superb. Would not stay anywhere else!

The sheet in the room is not very clean. The next day I asked for a new one, and the service staff put it on the stool outside my room for a day. I guess I may have forgotten it and no one came to change it. I changed it myself at night.

Some of the older rooms are a bit tired and the cockroaches are a bit unsettling - Apt 4.

The staff were absolutely fantastic and made us feel like we were part of the "family". It is lovely how they interact with guests on their time off, full credit to how the facility is run, not many resorts allow that which totally makes the difference. The snorkeling on the beach was a real bonus, not busy and worth the dip in the ocean. The food at both the Sandbar & Jalapenos was amazing, plus the cocktail menu is to die for!

Prices at bar higher than surrounding resorts (directly compared bar to Edgewater and Muri Beach Hotel happy hour and non-happy hour). Rooms are a bit tired could do with refurbishing. Some parts of resort appear to have been refurbished but others not.

Pool Bar definitely the highlight of this resort. Lovely staff.

Would’ve been nice to have a menu of the food available at the resort in our room but definitely didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable. I just probably would’ve ordered more food if I knew what was on offer!

Beautiful grounds, close to town was great to have a wee shop across the road to get milk and drinks. Laundry was good to have, beautiful views and seating areas around the resort.

The noise as people around the pool - drunken loud singing. Our room was located near a walk way - people returning to their rooms in the early hours of the morning talking loudly, calling out and once again singing loudly - not the resorts fault at all.

It was convenient for us, great outlook, we were there on a Friday and there was a good fire and dance show.

Not much just that it wasn’t on a beach we could swim at and sometimes when we got back there was no more parks

The cleaners made a great job of the daily room service. Made the floor and bed clean like we’d only just checked in that day!! And the cleaners were so nice. The pool bar was great.

Room did display online as a Queen and 2x Doubles but our room had 3x Single beds, which was fine for us 3 but was different to what we thought we were getting.

Great Staff, especially Sand Bar staff, Ima was our main server who was the nicest person we met on our trip. Great pool with swim up bar, Restaurant food is great quality, maybe slightly higher priced then expected but it’s expected at a resort

Very average breakfast included . Fruit is definitely not fresh, yoghurt lumpy. Shower had mould , air-conditioning smelled musty.. Rowdy league team staying at the same time made it a little uncomfortable...
