We missed an oven in the kitchen. A bit of climb on the stairs but manageable

The place has a great location, just a short bus ride from the city. The manager was very friendly and informative and helped us plan the perfect itinerary for our our family. We had a majestic view of the lake and the mountains. Rooms had a nice decor and we loved spending time on the balcony

For the location and price, there really wasn't anything we didn't like. We would suggest people bring food though since the local stores close early.

Beautiful view in a well-kept hotel. Ana and Vlad were very nice and took lots of time to help plan our day out which was weather challenged. We had a great time because of their tips!

The view was perfect, the staff was super nice and helped us exceed our targeted places to see by introducing new unplanned places which took our journey to a next level. The room was comfortable for a family of 3 (including one 5 year old kid). I highly recommend this place. I would definitely consider this place again in the future

Comfy beds, nice kitchen to cook our foods, beautiful scenic views on top of a hill and water in the faucet is drinkable.👍 Anna is helpful in showing us through the map the directions of tourist spots. Vlad is accommodating in asking us to stay at the reception while waiting for the bus as it wss raining and freezing cold outside. His cousin (didn't know the name) assisted us with our big luggages to bring it up all the way to the room and even took it to the bus stop. They were really nice. Though it's somehow far from the main places which we would like to visit, but if you are looking for a quiet place then I recommend this place.

Communications and checkin process were excellent. They even agreed to wait for me to check in until after midnight, and provide all necessary recommendations for our visit. Our room was even upgraded to have the balcony facing the lake and mountains.

Everything was wonderful. Amazing staff and beautiful view. Very big apartment with 2 separate rooms. Women who helped us were very friendly and very helpful. ❤️ Love this place, and I am absolutely sure that I am coming back soon.

It was just a little bit far from the center but the transportation were very easy we only needed one bus to get to the center and it took around 2mins to get there, but the view of the property made it seems nice

The hotel apartment was amazing, we had everything we needed and the view was exceptional! The rooms were heated the beds were very comfortable and we had extra blanket, the staff were very helpful and very sweet, they gave us all the information we needed about interlaken and what to do there!

not really. but only bus comes every half hour that you should be aware of.

a cozy chalet with the beautiful jungerfrau mountain and the lake was amazing, it's a complete apartment with all house facilities, your whole family can stay here for a quiet vacation and just feel peaceful.
