We didn’t realize the restaurant was closed for off season. Would have been nice to know. Bus was quite expensive to take into the next village.

The only thing I didn’t like or probably it was a little bit inconvenient was the fact that the stuff didn’t speak English at all which made the communication almost impossible. Also, the breakfast didn’t have much variety but everything was fresh and tasty.

It was very clean and comfortable apartment which we loved! Also the lady was very nice as although we arrived late she had prepared the apartment for us with the keys on the door so we didn’t have to stay outside.

Narrow road up high on the mountain and tight parking. WiFi kept kicking me off and making me re-enter my password. The tv did not have more than 3-4 channels and none were in English.

The smell of cigarettes in a hallway was really bad and the bath towels were very smellie after first time,I think they don't wash them in a high temperature

The view near the accommodation is good. Parking was convenient and breakfast was good. The host was kind, too. The morning coffee that the host makes himself is fantastic. .The tash is a little extra, but the people who move by car are fine.I think it's also beautiful, even though it turns a winding road.

The overall service was not upto the mark. It would have been better as there were a handful of guests and since it was their off season they should have handled the service much better.

Wonderful view and good location near hiking trails in a very beautiful mountain range, also close to Zermatt. A lot of space in apartment, comfortable stay, good breakfast. Recommend.

Room was very clean and spacious. If you are driving, it could serve well as an alternative to go to Zermatt cheaper than Täsch. It is a taverne, so you can have a drink downstairs at the end of the day

It's a charming b&b style hotel up the hill from the main square. From the back of the property you are directly on the trails leading up to Hanigalp. The breakfast is superb. The restaurant is charming. We will definitely be back!

The bed was uncomfortable. The TV did not work. There was not enough plugs.

The breakfast was the same every day but was fine. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room only had two plugs making it hard to charge devices. The shower was standalone and difficult to use. The TV had a yellow hue to it. The bed was two singles pushed together. There were not enough pillows and the bed was not long enough.

The owner charged extra on the dinner bill and she talked badly with my friends and even said "Get-out, It is my house" incredibly rude, i was shocked and really sorry for them. It is the first time they came with us believing that everything will be okay as i have reservations with booking.com. While booking, I choose in the search 4 adults and 4 kids and they propose two rooms but there was only option for 2 adults and 1 kid so, we opted for a bigger room with higher price for 1005chf 3 nights stay but they charged extra 225 chf for 3 kids and didn't listen at all our explainations. She even told us that she will call police, we asked "please, call police" then she called her husband and gave us refund on the dinner bill as she charged extra 41 chf. she didn't even say sorry for the bill mistake. We are asians, we felt badly treated and not welcomed. I have 3 genius level on booking.com and travelled always with booking.com and never had such experiences before with so many reservations i have made so far. I am sorry for my friends.

My friend has a knee problem and there is no lift, you need to walk up stairs with all your luggages and children every time you get in and out. They didn't appreciate at all.
