There is nothing really much to complain about minor things. But Denis was absolutely outstanding and so helpful, a great guy, and very accommodating. The only thing they might consider when paying that money for stay they should provide a pool and spa inclusive of the price.

It was a beautiful stay at Baron Tavernier. The views on Christmas morning were breathtaking. Walking around the grounds and the church bells ringing out locally just fabulous. Looking across at the Alps.

The Christmas dinner was not really my type. But the breakfast is satisfying (would be better with vegetables).

The only downside would be that you have to pay extra to use the small fitness room. For the price, it would be nice if this was included to all paying hotel guests.

Beautiful location with views to die for. Beautiful spacious and modern rooms and bar/restaurant. Located in a small Swiss village with a fantastic bakery nearby.

The view is out of this world if you are a lover of nature as i stayed in lake view room, 34 to be precise, the room is decent, unfortunately i didn't get to use the spa.

A smell in the corridor

The views are amazing if you take a room with a lake view, so romantic atmosphere, we really enjoyed our stay. The dinner was so special… gourmet level, but breakfast didn’t worth it.

The steam room is in dier need of renovation. There was no running water and no sign that indicated the pipe was broken. Some mosiac tiles are missing the door rusting the roof stained.

The team was excellent, very friendly helpful staff with a smile and genuinely ready to meet your needs.

The room service can be more proactive (e.g., refilling toiletries). The restaurant for dinner had very ltd. veg options for the expensive price of the meal.

The room size & view (lake, vineyards, mountains, etc.) was really nice. We appreciated the upgrade for 1 night as we booked diff rooms per availability for 2 nights. Le Deck bar was a great hang out place in the eve & Illia, a young server was smart, friendly and courteous.

the view was fascinating, close-by to the vineyard. we went for the wine tour which was amazing experience. the hotel restaurant Le Deck was impressive and worth the money. the room is a bit small but it was enough for ppl of 2.

The elevator is scary. My wife and I was stuck there for 3 to 5 minutes. We yelled, we knocked and kicked, no one answered. Ring the urgent bell, no response. Press the urgent phone and they talked in French that we do not understand. I could only yell back "I do not speak French". My wife almost collapsed. Somehow, it started moving and we were freed. I went to reception to report this and she was not there. When she showed up on the stair, she said that she heard the knocks and thought it was from upstair and went up to check. She and I tried the elevator again and not able to reproduce the problem. That was the first night of my 3 nights stay. After that, my wife and I walked the stair up and down.

The view to Geneva lake is beautiful. The restaurant is very nice with view and great service.

We had a great stay during the weekend. Enjoyed the spa (small but very clean, they also offer massages and other treatments but we didn't have the time), had dinner at the restaurant, and stayed in a suite with lake view.
