The mattress was not good. There was no temperature control in the room, room was very cold with air conditioning consistently on 24 hours a day. No utensils for use in the kitchen common area.

The kitchen was definitely lacking of basic stuff to help the cooking. You cannot expect non student coming for less then a month to buy their pan or any other utensils.

Having a pretty clean room with everything I need: a desk, a bed and a big shelf. Good location in Toronto with a lot of transportation options around. Very clean and quiet.

Washrooms are oldish and lacking hooks for towels & clothes. If you wish to cook, need to bring kitchenware/tableware. Curtain partially seethrough, bring your eye mask if you want to sleep longer (passed 5h30 in the morning) during Summer.

Great & calm area, with streetcar 510 (tramway) stop in front of the building, and 2 stops away from subway line 2. Found a supermarket nearby 15-min walk. Room with a decent size.

The bathrooms and kitchen are communal and could have been cleaner. Not a comfortable accommodation for more than one or two persons or older folks or long term stays .

I loved and appreciated the late check in time and the fact they provided a towel soap and blanket. Check in was very easy. The location was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and professional. No multiple key cards or fobs required. Clean sheets and clean room. Temperature was perfect (it’s centrally controlled). The price of the rooms was great too.

You pay for no frills, but as a summer guest, a kettle would be a welcome addition! But there is a ton of cafes nearby

The room was a decent size for a student dorm and it and all the communal areas were very clean. Great to have a laundry room, as I'm travelling for a couple of months being able to wash and dry clothes for just $1 a load was awesome. The location is great, a streetcar stop right outside takes you downtown and it's a fairly easy connection to the airport

The washroom was a little untidy. I probably wouldn’t use the showers without flip flops on. I was a little cool during the night. I could’ve use some advice on nearby food services.

The price point and proximity to the downtown core were excellent. Simple room that meet all my needs. The wifi, spacious desk and security were all appealing.

shared bathroom. this is a no no for me and don't like it. This is the only negative thing this about this place that makes my reconsider booking a room here for a next time. If the room were bathroom en suite, this place would deserve an 8. also sometimes hydroalcoholic gel and paper towel were missing in our floor, which was a bit inconvenient but it's okay.

There were no breakfast facilities unfortunately, but the residence is well maintained, facilities are clean, room is very clean. Plus my room was warmed up by the sun which was very enjoyable. The residence is very nice and clean.

It was decent, no major complaints.

So an austere dorm room, single bed, chair, great view from 8th floor, and the bathroom was both clean and well appointed. It's a separate bathroom but it was less than 15 feet from my room.

The entire facility was very clean, safe, the elevator even had it's own lock you needed your room key for. The view was wonderful and the room had it's own built in A/C unit

My first room had a great view over toronto, the second, this time, had all of the A/C vents for the surrounding university vuildings and bars. Far noisier night and notably more light coming through the blind that didn't allow the room to go dark.

Well located right next to a tram stop, and easily accessed.

The shower water didn’t go very hot which was uncomfortable, but I was also showering quite early so I don’t know if that made a difference. Also the pillows were awful! So uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep.

I liked how secure the building and rooms were, especially as a female solo traveller.

The room was incredibly hot and the A/C machine didn’t work that well, if at all. The hallways and common room were very well-ventilated and always cold, but the room had south-facing windows and got a lot of sun during the day, which made it really hot at night.

The location was very accessible since it is so close to Spadina Station and the 510/310 streetcar line. The amenities were bare bones (which I expected) but I appreciated that they gave me a towel.
