Room was noisy. There was something making a loud hum in the room. It was maybe the air conditioner but I am not sure.

Location is right on the harbour so that is key. Breakfast was very good.

They are updating the facilities and under construction in some place, so there where some problems with our room such as missing blinds and a rusty heater vent.

The location and view is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful.

Last time we booked, we wanted the main property and when we got there, we were put in the telegraph house which we weren’t aware of. I had called the hotel at least twice before we arrived, and I was never told that we were not in the main inn. However, once we got there, Jackie was unbelievably gracious to give us a small discount for the inconvenience and the telegraph house was actually a very comfortable room and very quiet.

We have been to the harbour Inn many times and just love the place and the staff are amazing even when you have an issue they resolve it quickly and are very customer centric!!!

The only complaint would be the water from the tap it was cloudy, so we didn't drink it. other than that, nothing to complain about.

It was such a cute, quiet spot, perfect to recharge and enjoy our time together.

Not hot enough water. Wanted to have a bath/jacuzzi and had the tap all the way over and not hot enough. The smell of the room upon entering had a sage odor, not the best. There are no blinds on one of the bathroom windows, which limited me from having the light on when in the washroom. The 2 stairways had no carpet and was all wood,maybe mid renovation.

I loved the location, the suite, the view, the privacy. I liked that it was secure. The amount of space the suite had and nice sized balcony.

Toilet was leaking and ran on. Was supposed to be a pet free facility, however the people in room across from me had 2 small dogs. They were pretty good though. People in room above me sounded like they were bowling which was no fault of the Inn 🤦🏼‍♀️ But otherwise, was a lovely Inn.

There was nothing we disliked about the property.

We were very impressed with all the refurbishments and changes Inn on the Harbour had made in the last 13 years since we lived in Port Stanley and yet they still maintained the ambiance of the venue. We loved it. With the easy walkable access to the village we were able to visit all the old and some new boutiques and eateries we remember from living there.

A bit pricey for early September, but we were staying for a wedding. Nothing else to mention. Lovely place and people.

Gorgeous hotel. The location was exceptional and the rooms are comfortable. Great location beside the water. Huge deck area. I would stay here again.

My only concern was that all through the night there was a humming sound

My husband and I really liked the location right in the middle of town and overlooking the Harbour. Our room on the third floor was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The king bed was comfortable and the facilities were very good including wifi. Parking was very convenient right outside the Inn. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.
