having to wait until 0630 to get a cup of coffee is ridiculous. I cant count the amount of people who walked up to the counter to find it was closed and leave irritated.

Carpets were not that clean. They had stains on them. Same thing with the sofa bed. Otherwise everything was ok.

Coffee maker coffee had the tray in the packaging, which, unless you open it, makes the coffee maker appear to be missing a part. No mattress pad or sheets on the pullout sofa. I called down for them, the house-person brought up one sheet and a blanket. Thankfully, grandson had his travel blanket, and we used that as his top sheet.

Despite being so close to the airport, it was completely soundproof. Good use of space. Decor was bright and cheery. Grandson liked watching the planes coming and going as he fell asleep. Pool great too. Close to plenty of amenities, and the Illumi light show.

The cleanliness of the room was ok big gross stain on the couch. Also, I thought when I booked I got a balcony room however my room had a view of the ventilation system. Lastly, when you pay these prices one would like breakfast included.

We were only on the second floor and it had no view which didn't bother me too much but my husband likes to be on one of the higher floors. A view would have been nice instead all we could really see was the roof.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the couch in the room. It was nice to be able to sign into our Netflix and watch movies. The shower was also really nice. Although I was expecting a tub in our bathroom I didn't mind too much.

The information given was inconsistent. Upon check-in we asked the latest check-out with fee. The person who checked us in said that we could leave at 5pm for $50 + tax and if we need another 1-2hr extension, they might allow so if occupancy is not busy. The night before checked-out, we called to avail this 5pm chargeable check-out time but we were told that latest is only till 4pm and 5pm onwards will be 1 night charge already. The person who checked us out is not presentable. His hair and uniform were untidy like he just woke up. He also seemed lost/confused. I know it's only a 3-star hotel but isn't it protocol to ask the guest if they want the invoice copy and to confirm the number of luggages/bags to leave? I find his overall demeanor to be unprofessional. I also wonder why I never saw a female receptionist.

The hotel is close to the airport and across are restaurants and convenience stores. The room carpet seems slightly outdated but the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The indoor pool is a good facility! And the bistro staffs are friendly and courteous.
