Nothing, this place was perfect.

This is the most beautiful property I have ever stayed in. It is an architectural masterpiece which makes it feel like you are living underwater! It was spacious, clean, functional and included free use of kayaks and bikes. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, including assisting us with transport.

I would have prefered to spend a little more to be on the other side of the road with beach access.

Overall, decent location. You'll want a car if you stay here. The property is made up for several (5-7) separate units that resemble Fred Flintstone's house (in a good way). There's a hottub in the living area which is kind of interesting. The kitchen large and functional.

I absolutely loved the creativity of the villas a unique and peaceful experience. You can feel the thought and love put into the building of the villa. It was clean and spacious! The staff was incredibly accommodating. The pool was a definite plus to cool down in the evening after touring the town and feeling the Belize Breeze and friendly faces! Great owner and staff. Very kind and accommodating. We had some problems with the room, but they were quick to provide a resolution. Lovely setting. Clean units. Warm pool. Bikes and kayaks free to use.

Spiral stairs but only because I have some issues with stability when negotiating said stairs especially without any handrails, but that's not your fault it's my lack of comfort with them.

We had a hired car, so did not have problems at all, but you need some way to go shopping and visit the nearest villages. I think there are bicycles you can use.

A really beautiful an relaxing place, in front of the lagoon, you can use the kayaks and have fun. Our hosts are very nice and helpful, always available. You have some beach clubs around to enjoy the sea, too.

I was misled to believe that the jacuzzi would be warm but it took three hours and nothing warm, the water started to warm but nothing warm to my comfort. This should have been clear in the first place.

I LOVE LOVE this place. We got the shark room. The architecture looked beautiful in picture but it was much more gorgeous in real life. The interior room was cute and very lovely. The manager Miriam was AMAZING and made our stay even better! The pool looked out to the large body of water, which made for the most beautiful sunset. I loved the free bikes, the area is pretty flat and beautiful so a bike in my opinion is the best way to explore Placencia. I love that there is a washer and dryer free to use, and there was a small cooking area in the room to cook if wanted. The local floralia bus drops you right in front of Swan Villa and also picks you up right across the street (makes it so convenient to get to Placencia as well as economical). Our patio was amazing, which made nightly star gazing such an amazing experience. That jacuzzi in the room was the cherry on top 😁. I absolutely 💯 percent recommend this place.

I liked everything

The place is exquisite, the design of the room is unique and the whole place gives you a feeling of a home away from home. Lovely pool with gorgeous views of the sunset. Bicycles and kayaks available, you must do the kayaking at sunset, it’s breathtaking. Juan and Bea sent precise instructions before the arrival and always checked if everything was to our satisfaction. Very highly recommended.

If it had not been for the pleasure of staying in the villa I would have left Plasencia disappointed by the lack of accessible and clean beaches, they were covered with weed. Hence the location of the compound on the lagoon side is much more pleasant.

The villa was a pleasure to stay in and "worth the detour" just for enjoying its design. It was good to have a little kitchen, too. Bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of cushions and pillows. The WhatsApp guided check-in was very efficient with friendly and responsive hosts. Nice pool and views of the lagoon to wind down.
