The location is great - right on the water with a lot of beach space and 2 pools. The pools had a good amount of chair and umbrellas so it never felt crowded. The room was great - comfortable bed, clean, good bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were both great

This resort exceeded our expectations. The grounds create the perfect Caribbean vide which is just what we were looking for. The hotel was full but we never felt crowded. In fact, many times throughout our 9 day stay we felt we had the resort to ourselves. The villas are well appointed with great care taken by the staff to ensure you have everything you need. I loved that our room had a private outdoor shower. The food was so good we found that it didn't make a lot of sense to leave the property for meals. We felt like family and it was an incredible all around experience for our 10 year anniversary.

I was surprised there wasn't a "real beach" off the hotel. It was fine though. Dinner was just ok.

The pictures did not do it justice, it is stunning. The two pools and beach area are gorgeous. Our cabana we stayed in was very cute. Everything we ate and drank was delicious. You will not be disappointed if you book here!

Include Eggs for the free continental breakfast. Mainland or other Caye options that don’t include the plane. These are quite expensive. These could be supplemented by the ferry instead.

Breakfast could include eggs for the continental. Otherwise the options were fantastic there. We loved our stay in the casitas and it doesn’t look like there is ever a bad view. We’re in love with this place and would come back.

The only thing I could say is there is not access to what one would consider a normal beach with walk in water access. However, this is something we were aware of when we booked our stay. The beach area and options made by the resort are great and you really won't feel like you are missing out on anything.

If you are wanting to be close to San Pedro but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town, Victoria House is the place to be. The staff was so warm and welcoming and they worked tirelessly to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The food was delicious and the grounds and resort were meticulously cared for. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Limited selection of vegetarian and vegan foods. Prices for some activities are a bit more expensive than some other local offerings.

Our casita was lovely and well appointed. Great pools. Good selection of activities. Generally good food and drink options. Food and drink quality was excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful and wildlife-filled grounds.

Everyone had such great hospitality. They were very friendly and helpful in every way. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The views were amazing also. I love the way they book excursions for us. Every day someone came to clean the room. If it was a bad time, they would come back later. The maintenance of the beach and pools is did every single day. This place is well kept and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was lovely, there are a lot of return guests speaks volumes about the hotel. The beach was beautiful and the pools were great to lay beside. Loved the addition of a separate bar to give you options instead of just one restaurant. The gym was well equipped too, as hotel gyms go.
