My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. The sea view villa was awesome. The location was exactly what we envisioned, and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

That I had to leave!!

Our villa was 2B second floor April 10-17 during their low season. Emmanuel was very helpful and got back to us with quick responses. He got us set up with a golf cart rental brought right outside our front door where there was plenty of parking. Kitchen well stocked, full sized refrigerator Shower warm water and good pressure Sheets soft, adorable designed towels each cleaning Maids so kind and helpful Pool perfect temperature, plenty of pool chairs View of beach, waves and pool Quiet Safety Night watchman Location right next to hospital, police station and fire station, grocery stores and lots of tasty restaurants in walking distance Walking path right out front door Own swimming pier with nice sandy ocean floor 3 minute walk to Chuck & Robbie’s Dive Shop 3 minute walk to massage TV lots of English channels Beautiful Belizean artwork on walls Private balcony deck with table and chairs

Nothing we did not like , go see for yourself

The Villa , the Hospitality , the Service the location literally walkable distance to anywhere , the safety Manuel the property manager was Amazing he is a Gem responds fast either via text communication or physically driving around to your unit Pool was Amazing it was convenient even the people that also stayed there was nice welcoming it was just perfect we will be returning this is the only place I would stay in San Pedro and the beach is right there you can swim by palapas bar and see fishes I'll recommend this property to everybody. I enjoyed my Birthday and literally no complaints AC was Working the Shower was Steamyyyy even when the island had periodic black outs it still was amazing we just went to Sandbar until the lights came back on it wasn't the properties issue it was the power cables issues from Mexico definitely didn't need to add that we Stayed for 11 days and wish it was 11 days more 🙃 and the Housekeepers are amazing supermarket is to the right hospital is in the front and we picked a perfect destination

Not much to dislike!

This spot has the best views from the balcony! The facility is extremely clean and the grounds are beautiful! The room is fairly basic and it's not the newest facility but has everything you need and if they don't have it in the room I am sure they will bend over backwards to get it for you. The location is pretty central to town. Easy walk to most places unless you are going North - then you might want a golf cart. The pool is great! It's small but there's plenty of lounge chairs.

Decor is maybe a little dated and dark, but the layout and amenities of the unit are great.

Great location. Amazingly quiet considering that it's right in the middle of the San Pedro action. Great A/C, reliable internet, clean and safe property, friendly staff.

Small matter. There should be shampoo and shower gel available rather than just soap. A very minor inconvenience.

Location, accommodation and service are all fantastic. Emanuel was always on hand to answer questions, check transfers and help with anything.

The Palapa Bar is located on stilts out in the water, just to the left of the property. While entertaining to watch the comings and goings, the nightly entertainment is not very good and the sound carries.

Kudos to Manuel, the manager, the exceptional cleaning staff, and Carlos, the Security Manager. We felt so welcome. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfy, and with cleaning every two days, we never lacked anything. There are several grocery stores within walking distance.

Some of the furnishing of the unit could be refreshed. No decent beach in San Pedro.

The host is exceptional - he would be the reason we may come back. Also, there was regular room service. The location is walking diatance to the town center.

The staff was terrific! We got a lot of information from Emanuel on restaurants, activities, etc. our room (2B) had an amazing view of the sunrises and water. The location was very convenient - quiet with quick walk to grocery and restaurants. It was quiet and serene while being close to everything. We had a full kitchen and a great balcony. We will return there.

Perfect location close to everything in town. It was so nice being right by the water and being able to go out the door and be on the pier in two minutes. Everything was very clean and even more spacious than expected.

The unit is located right near the water. The interior of the resort is nicely designed and maintained with palm trees, decorative plants, and swimming pool. The apartment had everything we needed, including TV, drinking water, and kitchen. It has a little terrace/porch with a table and chairs and a nice view, where it was pleasant to just chill or have a meal. It is a min walk to supermarket where you can also rent a golf cart if available. Staff were very nice and helpful. It was very easy to communicate. Emanuel gave us lots of advice and helped us to rent a golf cart. He also arranged a pick up from the ferry (free of charge). It is only about 7 min walk to the ferry, but when you first arrive with luggage it is nice to be picked up. It felt great to be taken care of. We walked to all the places in San Pedro we needed. You can either walk along water on one side or through a street on the other. We only rented a golf car to get to the Secret beach for a day. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Could not have been a better location or accommodation. We were right on the beach with a beautiful view Every Morning of the sunrise. And dinner was right out of front door. The room was very clean. And comfortable.
