Incredible oasis in San Pedro. Cannot recommend enough! The cleanliness, tranquility, service and amenities were above expectations, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend!

Excellent place, very near to the San Pedro Airport and accessible easily. Hotel staffs are very friendly and very attentive. My family enjoyed everything - the pool, the ocean view, the resort area and the pineapple restaurant. Being an Indian, Ramon resort is very near to a very good indian eating outlet oh. Bombai

My husband and I can't think of anything that would have made this trip any better.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal and contributed highly to the entire experience. The food was amazing and very fairly priced. We needed for nothing and felt very accommodated and taken care of for the entire duration of our stay.

Depends on what you come for, this is a diving, fishing and snorkeling based resort. If you’re more into a party scene pick another place.

Very well kept, comfortable laid back atmosphere. A/C worked great, all the staff is very polite and helpful. Rented a golf cart for 4 days and a private boat hands down best thing we did. Will com back

They only serve beer and wine, no liquor. They do make a bunch of smoothies that you can add the rum to.

It was within walking distance or a short ride to many restaurants. Along with a grocery store down the block.

No water in rooms or lobby, you had to go to the hotel bar for water! We ended up buying a big office style water container with 5 gallons. Very few toilets in the main pool area. Some of the young staff were grumpy at the Tropic-als bar and pool. Reception staff were amazing and so were the restaurant staff.

The beach and pool area were amazing - it is the most quiet and peaceful resort on that side of the island and close to the town of San Pedro. I'm sure you could find the same outside of town, but in town it's the best. The restaurant was very good and prices were fair at the resort compared to all the other places on the island. The room was big and clean and had two double beds. the cleaners came every day and made the room beautifully. We did the Blue Hole with Ramon's Diving and we had a great day also. The massage at the spa was exceptional! Check in and check out was sooo smooth and they had a free shuttle to the local airport. They also booked a flight off the island for us. That was amazing!

A bit strange that all prices are listed in US dollars. Being from the Netherlands and staying in Belize for just a few days while travelling in Mexico, this was quite confusing for us. Especially with the tips. My dive trip was also a bit disorganised but then the snorkeling trip was great.

Exactly what we hoped: a beautiful hotel right at the beach, with a nice pool, good restaurant, good facilities and lovely staff. We stayed across the street but the cabin was beautiful, bigger and better than we expected based on the photos. Location is great too, you can easily walk to restaurants etc. in town. Would definitely recommend it!

They organize the best snorkel and dive package on the island. They have great boats and professional staff. The rooms are small but well appointed. Truly it is the gardens and the waterfront that distinguish Ramon’s from all others. The entire property is under the canopy of a beautiful forest garden; and the beachfront is immaculate, private and backed by a lovely restaurant and pool area. Quite the ideal place in San Pedro. Probably the best place to stay!

Location was perfect, a little out from main town so not so lively from all local bars etc. Beautiful setting and room was spacious/comfortable.

I think the beds could be a little comfier and also if they sold their drinks with liquor and you didn't have to provide your own. They do sell beer though.

Ramons was absolutely amazing, the environment is so cool and unique and the beach was incredible.

I stayed at Steve and Becky‘s across the street. Their sister property. As a solo traveler on a budget it was the perfect scenario for me. It’s so cute, clean, and great jungle Caribbean vibes. I got to use the amenities of Ramones, which was a dream. The location could not have been better. I had an amazing time.

Unseasonably high winds made diving impossible for most of our visit. We got in one rough dive, boats didn't go out again until we were leaving. This was hard to swallow after all the preparation that went into the trip, but it's the chance you take on a dive vacation, especially with weather becoming less and less predictable. Snorkeling around the pier was better than expected for wildlife though, so not a total bust.

Food and overall service was excellent. Property was a nice quiet respite from the party atmosphere that covers much of the island. We appreciated no liquor sold on site. Dive staff was great and helpful to us as beginning divers.

The rooms are very close together. Sitting on our patio was not private. We were in a grand suite which is the lower level so you hear every footstep from above. Grand Suite is still not a huge room, nor right on the beach, it has a beach view between other buildings. I heard the other rooms were very small. My biggest issue was the sink was on one side of the room and the toilet and shower on the other side. So to use the restroom you need to walk around around the bed to wash your hands.

The property is beautiful and the staff are amazing! The restaurant is exceptional for every meal, and we were never disappointed. The location is perfect for and close to everything. There is no bar at the resort, so we walked across the street to the runway bar. This became our nightly hangout location.

The property was amazing with all the gorgeous foliage and beautiful lights and stone carvings.
