A heads up that you need to buy all your own toiletries and supplies after the first few days. Not a big issue as grocery stores are nearby. Staying on the first floor there is no outside area to sit and relax at night - amenities in description aren't that accurate or perhaps the wording is a bit misleading.

2 minute walk to the beach! The apartment was exactly as advertised in terms of layout etc. Air conditioning in bedroom was wonderful! Staff response was timely.

Dark room -- not entirely advertised on the website, but it's a dark space with limited natural light. It felt a touch overpriced for its value but ultimately good for a short stay where you aren't planning on being inside that much.

Right off the main sidewalk, easy to find and cross over to the beach. House was very clean, and it was easy to text the check-in/out team. Large living room space and kitchen for cooking meals.

Only thing that did not work perfectly was the TV which switched on but, did not have any channels installed.

Actually, everything was great, kitchen fully equipped, everything super clean, the entire room recently renovated. Everything at it's place. Hotel perfectly located very close to the beach, you can still hear the waves😀, everything worked. Very friendly staff, laid back and accomodating. Perfect stay, highly recommended!

I had expected the room to be like the one I asked for when I booked, which had two beds so i was disappointed when i arrived and found that there was a smaller room with only one bed. My husband complained to Cindy who was very helpful and accommodating and changed our room for us so we had a larger room with two beds. Thank you!!!!

The staff, especially Cindy were extremely helpful and congenial. They really added to the experience of staying there. The location was great! There were some very noisy renters, however, that detracted from the overall experience.

The toilet did not flush properly!, this was immediately reported and unfortunately not dealt with whilst staying at the property, so had no working toilert…

We did not get the property we booked. We booked 2 queen beds, got 1 queen bed. The room looked nothing like the ad. To demonstrate how tacky the room was, i took a pic of a pricetag left when the bathroom vanity was installed

Where do I start? There's no door on the bathroom so forget privacy and there's no shower curtain so after every shower, the bathroom was flooded. The beds don't come with a box spring which is fine but the mattress just sits on boards that have a habit of falling off and smashing to the ground in the middle of the night, one after another. They only scheduled to clean our room one day (we stayed 6 nights) which I found odd, and when I asked for another roll of toilet paper and some soap the girl replied "We don't usually do that but we will this time". Seriously?? Toilet paper? Oy. I was so done

the room that was reserved for us did not appear in any of the pictures on any given web site. it was a dungeon. No window and no AC in the bedroom. To get AC we had to keep the door of the living open and it was always too bright because of the big security lights. No curtains to darken the room. No room to store our clothes for 10 days and not hooks on which to hang wet towels. The hostess was very controlling and impatient with us. She never made the effort to help us contact the owner to express our disappointment. She spent hours on the phone, speakerphone with her friend and everyone could hear their conversation as she sat on guest rooms steps.

The staff did an exceptional job at making sure everything I needed was there. It is very comfortable, and clean Its within walking distance to grocery stores, and gift shops, and the beach.

No staff available upon arrival, stayed 3 days and was barely there. Website says laundry, although they do your laundry on their time not yours. I advised airline lost our luggage so we had very little, but we were in need of having laundry done. Was advised by staff, he was not going to call the maid in to work to do a small load, just to take it to the local laundry mat. There was only a quarter of a toilet roll, no extras in the room. We ran out of toilet paper and since there was no staff on site, we had to email to request for more, although this was in the evening time and did not receive a reply until the following morning. We ended up using the paper towels from the kitchen during this time. With staff only on-site part time, this makes it difficult to check in, also if you are in need of anything.

The security was perfect for those that worry about that. Security cameras were on and in operating condition. Also, the door and windows have steel bars on them, and then a second door for access to the room that is locked as well. The entire place was extremely clean, and also up to date with a modern look to it.
