The grounds were beautiful. The pool was amazing. Our kids loved the rock formation with slide I loved how there was sand around the pool. The rooms were excellent. Very comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptional knew my name and always greeting me and were so very accommodating

Everything at Coco Beach is absolutely incredible. They went out of their way to help me get a day trip that was on a special date. Every staff member greated me everyday by name. When you stay here they treat you like family. The pool is awesome! They also never pressured me into doing events at the resort. If I wanted to go into town they didn't look down on that. The beach access is perfect. The property is beautiful. Highly recommend staying here.

Ocean water near the shore was just a little cloudy in the location the resort is at. The lagoon side of the island and also towards San Pedro were clearer. Drinks are pricey!

Resort grounds and staff were wonderful as were the pools. Lots of eating options nearby. The Concierge staff (Chelsea, Rochellee) are top notch, patient, and VERY accommodating. Excursions are great.

There is no gym.

The staff is the best part of this property! We have been coming to Coco Beach Resort for 4 years. We bring our family and friends with us every time. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. It’s the staff that keeps us coming back!! My only recommendation is to establish a small gym or hire someone for any type of workouts. I ended up hiring a gentleman that came to the resort to train me everyday as I’m used to working out daily. Either way, The Wilson’s will continue to visit this resort to give the biggest hugs to the loving staff. Kudos to all of them!

There are way too many bugs at the golf cart area of the property. I have many bug bites all over my body. Also the TV in the room should not be so difficult to operate. Also need better instructions on how to call the from desk from the phone in the room.

Food was good and server was great. The food portions were a little small for the price.

Beach wasn’t swimmable and hiring a golf cart daily to go to other places on the island was expensive

Bed was a little lumpy, and the beach was not as good as I'd hoped for. Seaweed was a problem, but there wasn't much they could do about that. Hoped for white sand beaches, but they weren't as nice as other Caribbean destinations

Location was a bit out if the way, but they made getting to the resort easy. Food was good, very tasty and had options for my four year-old. Staff was exceptional, always ready to help and super friendly

Water pressure was pretty low but not horrible. Cart rentals were high but getting a rental delivered from an outside company was easy.

We stayed in the Casitas. It was amazingly nice. Far better than the photos showed. The bed was perfect and the staff went so far beyond my expectations.

I would have preferred daily housekeeping, especially because they kept leaving our large family only 2 towels, so we constantly had to request more. The formal restaurant was delicious, but sort of unusual ambiance for a tropical island. I think we would have gone more if the restaurant had a more fun, relaxed, colorful vibe.

We loved the resort! Amazing pool and beautiful property. The staff was all so helpful and friendly. It truly exceeding our expectations. The massage from Flora was exceptional! We also had a great tour with Pepper, one of the guides at ruff N tuff, the on-site tour company.
