The power did go out for a couple hours but they worked continuously to get it back on for their guest.

The staff was amazing! The food was amazing! We had a wonderful vacation and the other guests were all very friendly especially because it was a small resort! The rooms were super spacious and the location was pretty central to everything (secret beach & San Pedro town). We loved our stay and will be back to stay here

The bathroom could use a little facelift due to the wear and tear of being used, but it’s still very clean But basically there’s was not much I can complain about. It is still very clean and nicely kept everywhere else.

I love the quaintness and the ambience of this property. Our room was very cozy. The places well kept and very clean. Can’t stay enough about the staff. They were absolutely wonderful and so friendly.

The rooms were a little dark. There are massive windows but we would have them closed for privacy and the lights available weren’t that bright. Small point as everything really was fantastic

Not much to mention except they start working around 7am and they play music. On vacation, I don't want to wake up to music that early. We stayed in the Cabana close to the bar, and it happened every morning. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the comforter was smaller than the bed. The sheets also had small holes in them like cigarette burns.

We loved that they assisted us with transportation to/from the airport. They called/emailed 2weeks, 1 week and 3 days before our trip to make sure that we were all set. Customer service was impeccable!! They set a new bar for what I expect from customer service. Daid, Flor, Nelson, Padron, and Pablo were amazing!!! They made you feel welcome every day They remembered our names every day. The food and drinks were better than expected.

The only thing, and it is minuscule, is a way to keep the mosquitoes away from the private pool in eagle ray where we stayed. We understand mosquitos is a natural occurrence but a way to keep them down would be appreciated for future guests to enjoy.

The property was beautiful and private. Exactly what we were looking for. The staff was amazing, friendly, and exceptional. It started to feel like a home away from home. We highly recommend this place to stay.

I would love to have a view of the ocean but otherwise I enjoyed staying there very much. Also the salt water in the showers wasn't great for my hair but that is not their fault!

Need more hooks in rooms and bathroom and a little more table space. Maybe a throw rug or something for the floor, to help keep it dry.

Everything at this adults-only resort was perfect - the staff, the location, the onsite restaurant, and the cabanas and grounds. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a quality stay at a top-notch resort. We appreciated the airport pickup and dropoff, and also the free filter coffee that was supplied every day in the bar/restaurant area.

The only negative was the water pressure and quality. This ding probably applies to any hotel this far away from the main drag because it is remote (which is good) and it is on an island with limited resources. We had plenty of drinking water, and the showers weren’t horrible, but the water was really soft and tasted a bit salty. I could argue that it did add to the charm of the place, but I’m trying to be objective.

Pur had an intimate setting enough off the beaten path to be very attractive. The staff was wonderful and the food was great and we weren’t that far (via golf cart) from anywhere on the island. This location was very chill and people who weren’t staying there would stop at the bar and swim/eat/drink because it is an awesome place to just hang out. We met many nice wonderful people from all over this way and it added to the charm.

Bathroom faucets were the misting kind that sprayed everywhere. Beds were too big for the tiny room. While at the bar, you constantly smelled the exhaust from all the vehicles passing by.
