Far enough away from the craziness of San Pedro but still had everything that we needed. Staff was great, food and drinks were excellent and the whole experience was amazing.

I found no fault in anything.

The smaller size of the resort was wonderful. The grounds and pool area was not overcrowded. This is a wonderful place for older travelers and people with children. It was peaceful and quiet the entire time we were there. Not a "spring breaker" type of vibe at all. The condos were so clean and well stocked with necessities for living there for a week. I loved the fresh fruit/veggie stand at the entrance to the resort. The in-between location for Secret Beach and the downtown area was perfect. The pickleball/tennis court was fun, as was the over-sized chess board. The pier was ideal for fishing charter pick-ups, fishing, and swimming.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I was a solo traveler and they made me feel safe and welcomed. The room was much more than I needed for one, but super nice! I will definitely be back!

We wish we could swim out from the shore but that is obviously out of your control. The pier was nice to have. The plumbing was sensitive but that is all over the island so that is understandable.

We loved the employees, the pool, the suite, the pier and the location! We also liked the activities available - bikes, pickleball, ping pong, chess, volleyball net, kayaks and paddle boards. All amazing amenities we would come back for!

Not enough hot water to shower

Very clean and beautiful property. The staff was great. Pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful. beach area is very nice although it rained the entire time there. Wish we could of utilized the property more. I would stay again.

The onsite bar closes at 9PM and there weren’t many options nearby. It wouldn’t be a problem though if you rented a bike/golf cart.

The hotel offers a lot of complimentary amenities, such as paddle boarding, kayak, tennis court, yoga mats, and the list goes on. The apartment was clean and very spacious, the staff were very accommodating.

It's quite a distance from the town but that's exactly what we were looking for, the town is busy and we wanted somewhere off the beaten track. Definitely hire a golf buggy- much cheaper to do it outside of hotel in the town. Food at the hotel is much more expensive (as you'd expect) and not that great so definitely go out to explore the amazing restaurants in the town.

Incredible experience from the point of booking even to checking out. I loved the communication via whatsapp, staff were on hand 24/7 for anything we needed and were so responsive. The rooms were beautifully kept and cleaned and gorgeous views from the resort. Much quieter than the sister resort next door.

Our shower got warm but never hot.

Our location was perfect, just far enough away from town to be more relaxing but easy to get everywhere. The views were incredible and the hammocks hanging over the ocean were a huge bonus. Have the dive shop there was so convenient.

The mosquitos were pretty bad at sunrise and sunset. We saw them spraying every day and I know its out of their control for mosquitos but they had these burning incents that worked really well at the pool bar but would only light them when asked. I wish they would just have them lit during sunset along the bar to keep the mosquitos away at sunset before having to ask for that to keep them away while eating or drinking.

The whole resort was amazing. The room's amenities were great with a water cooler, fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, and small toaster oven. Bathroom had plenty of towels and washclothes and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our hot water was out when we arrived and the staff fixed it while we were out on our excursions the next day. Comfy bed and living area with a pool towel provided which was a nice big size and house keeping came every other day. All the staff was amazing, accommodating, and nice. The pool and the dock on site for excursions are the selling point for this resort. The pool was plenty big with multiple places for shade or sun in the water and out of the water. The swim up bar had lots of drinks to pick from and food could be ordered to your room or the pool. Honestly its a dream.

I think that the noise complaints were too much. We were with 5 kids ranging in ages from 7-12, and we would explore the island during the day, and come back to swim at night, amd although we appreciate that we were allowed to stay in the pool, we were always told that our children were too loud even though we didn't feel as though they were. I understand that there are elderly residents who live there, but maybe that should be something that is communicated ahead of time.

We enjoyed the beautiful property, and the staff were all very friendly and always willing to help. Alex and Angel we dealt with frequently, and they were great.

Location, far from town.

Pool was fantastic along with the food, and room layout. The leisure activities provided by the resort were perfect for family.
