Great condo on beach. Great staff. Very friendly andv provide excellent service.. Away from noise of downtown, but close enough. Rob tended bar.. Great drinks and conversation.

Everything was wonderful

The location was perfect! So beautiful, quiet and very, very well maintained. We loved the living space, the pool, the bar with Rob and our huge outdoor deck overlooking the water. The staff was excellent!

I loved everything. I have no complaints.

10/10 on everything. Location to town, coffee bar in the am, free use of kayaks, paddle boarding. Appearance and comfort of the facility was 10/10. Beach front chairs and shade on the beach. The pool to beach and bar are right outside the room. Having a swim up bar was so nice. Rob the bartender was amazing. The grounds were well kept, we felt very secure through the day and night as they have a security guard on the PM shift. The builder of Lighthouse actually lives there and he is around during the day and makes sure we had everything we needed. Even though we were there for relax/adventure...you wouldn't need to leave the villas at all. We left for breakfast, dinners, and expeditions. We did snorkel one day, and the boat picked us up at our dock right out front of the villas. This Villa isn't commercialized like Mahogany Bay, Victoria House, or SunBreeze. Very much felt like home at Lighthouse Villas.

Pool was a teeeny bit cold one day but no nothing we couldn’t acclimate to.

Everything was lovely, from the villa to the proximity to bars, restaurants, and the beach. Loved the pool bar and everyone who worked it.

The mattresses on the beds were not amazing. This is in no way a ding on the staff, or management as each condo is individually owned. Mind you, we had to think really hard for something to write here.

What did we like? Everything. It was one of the most well-put-together facilities we have ever stayed at. The Lighthouse was like a perfect oasis for us during our 10-day stay. The staff were absolutely the most friendly, accommodating, and warm people you could ever ask for. The units were more like fully furnished beach apartments. Everything you could ask for was there. In 10 days, we never heard the word "no."

Rooms are spacious with huge balcony and it’s not very crowded.. Kitchen is well stocked. Rob and Gloria are amazing. Gloria booked our blue hole tour and took care of everything else. There is no restaurant onsite but many just outside property. There is also a mart in about 10 mins of walking distance.

The place was roomy, clean, and comfortable beds with an awesome view. The staff was amazing, and the bartender Rob was terrific! I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The condo was large and clean, with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, with many tips regarding activities and restaurants. The pool bartender, Rob, makes the best adult and kid tropical drinks and is fantastic. The front desk staff is accommodating. They helped suggest places to go and see. They suggested and made our dinner reservation after the boys caught several fish from an earlier boating trip they recommended. The restaurant cooked the fish for us, how awesome is that?

The location, facilities and staff were all excellent. Our villa was huge and comfy with a beautiful view from the veranda. Rob at the pool bar was fantastic! The front desk staff was very accommodating to our every need. They arranged our golf cart and pick up from the ferry terminal and arranged for any activity you might want on the island. We will definitely be back!

A little far from town. You need a cart to go to most of the restaurants. There is a small store within walking distance.

The property was clean and very nicely maintained. Beach was nicely groomed and had games for entertainment. Excellent bar poolside open every day. Staff was extremely helpful in arranging excursions even with special requests. Rob at bar knew local fisherman and was able to arrange fresh caught lobsters for purchase at the dock and even grilled them for us. Rooms were very large and comfortable.

The villa was well set-up, staff very personable and helpful. The room we had was very spacious. Well set-up kitchen, washer and dryer, big deck and very secure.

I didn't realize that you couldn't really walk in the water here (well you can, but with lots of sea grass and rocky bottom). We had to go elsewhere in a golf cart for beaches. Not a big deal as there are plenty close by. I wish we had restaurants closer but with a kitchen we were able to cook a few meals.

This is such a quiet resort (in a good way). I think it was probably fully booked during our stay but everyone was respectful and they never had music or people get too loud. The staff was very helpful through every minute of our stay. They helped book taxis/golfcarts/excursions, etc. They were super quick to fix a repair on a toilet that was not working. The beach is quiet and they have lounge chairs and games everywhere to enjoy the pool or beach area. The whole place was very well maintained and the cleanest I've seen.

There are no elevators so we had to think twice about going back up once we went down 4 flights of stairs but the views are worth it.

Lighthouse Beach Villas were incredible. They are set up like full apartments including kitchen, dining room, office space, large living room and huge porch overlooking the pool and beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the washer and dryer were very helpful. The suite itself was immaculately clean, very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were definitely able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves while staying here.

The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. We appreciated suggestions like checking out the Tarpon fishing off the dock at night, best places for food and Rob our bartender always had the best drink selections! This was truly an easy and relaxing vacation. Thank you!!
