We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesThe location of the hotel, which allows me to relax and enjoy walking day and night comfortably, the view of the river also helped me to relax, and also the use of entertainment there from riding a speed cruiser, rowing boat and others, also the spread of restaurants and cafes around the hotel had a surprising effect on enjoying stay in the hotel.
The room was very suitable for my needs, in terms of cleanliness, and arrangement and the content of the most needed tools. Breakfast was quite adequate and limited to same daily dishes. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is surrounded by all the required facilities and shops. It is also adjacent to the shopping center (Galleria), which made it easy for me to shop for many good goods.
