Dirty and broken floor hallways were the rooms are. Old furniture, old sink, old bathroom floors..

The beach is very nice. This time of the year the ocean water is freezing… (January) not able to join the ocean at all…the ocean view from the room was nice.

The hallways floor outside the rooms needs maintenance…it has holes all over. They do not clean the hallways at all, is dirty, spider webs and dirt all over.

I felt like the variety of food offered by the buffet could have been better and the food wasn’t hot; the rooms felt lacking in comparison to other hotels like Bell Channel

They ended up giving me a room with two queens after booking a king size room and they did not say while i checked in, but they treated me to dinner at the Mexican restaurant.

The check in agent was very helpful. From start to finish. Everything else was perfect and clean.

Location of the room. We were placed back by the tennis courts. Nothing to do there and a long walk to anything. That seems to be where most everyone was roomed though.

The entertainment and staff were completely awesome. Beach was outstanding. Bar staff was great. Housekeeping team was awesome and always friendly.

There was a problem in the room booked and one received on my check- in. Upon showing my email confirmation, I was informed that room was booked as a double in their computer and promised room paid for only for the next day to be told that there were no rooms available and I was to pay for an upgrade. I was not pleased with this decision, and had to take it to the manager for a resolution. I am not sure of the discrepancy between the booking site or hotel but when you book for a room for a married couple you don’t want double beds nor told that the room is not available to you upon check in but before so that I can make the decision to stay there or not. Left a sour note to the trip as you are made to feel that you have to fight for what you have been confirmed for and not feel that you are a liability to over booking of rooms.

The grounds had too much trash that was not picked up daily. Cigarette butts and other trash littered the beach Several staff members specifically the front desk and customer service were lackluster and at times rude The buildings had a somewhat shabby look to them.

The food at the buffet was plentiful and good. The spa/ massage was lovely. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient The evening entertainment was enjoyable

Reception staff are very unfriendly and rude on specific occasions, poor room guest services fridges in room not even stocked with water. Let alone anything all inclusive fridges should be stocked. Not a drinker and staff wouldn't even give cans out of soft drink. For what we paid very disappointing.

Bathroom had a bad smell sometimes. Food was fine but often repeating same meals.

The staff was friendly. Some complain about the rooms, but ours was very good. I think it was renovated. The food was pretty good. The entertainment was excellent. We had a great time overall.

The music by the pool was excessively loud most of the day. It was difficult to talk to anyone or relax at the pool or only lounge area near the pool. This was the biggest downside for our group. They need to put patio & furniture on quiet side of property far from the pool. Wish there was a 2nd quiet pool. Kids in hot tub rough housing often. Dinner buffet was about the same as lunch-very repetitive but good for families with children. They should do an outdoor fish fry or barbecue night etc. The burger & hot dog area was poor quality. The evening entertainment is not great. Wish they had some live music like steel drums, guitar/singers. They had some odd skits, karaoke, dancers in front of video, couple game challenges. We just skipped it. You can do some of the excursions more cheaply getting your own taxi to drive you places. There were mostly families and couples, smaller amount of college age- which I was glad it wasn't a big spring break party hotel -at least not when we were there. Grand Bahamas is a calmer island than Nassau area which we liked.

Beautiful beach, lovely blue water, plenty of beach chairs. We spent most of our time on the beach. There was no wait at the buffet for tables, breakfast & lunch buffets were good, Italian restaurant was good. The rooms were adequate- not fancy but functional. This is a great deal if you aren't too picky. If you need Beaches/Sandals quality you won't be happy here- no one brings you drinks, you go to a central bar, etc They have kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear (they ran short on snorkel gear), a few hobie catamarans to sign up to use. No one pestering for sales on beach except Conch & coconut drinks - not aggressive at all. We took taxi to some nicer restaurants for dinner- Sabor, Pier1. We had a great relaxing week. Things we did: Swam with pigs, snorkel excursion, garden Grove (botanical gardens) & lucayan national park. Watched feeding of sharks at Pier 1 restaurant. Staff were very nice.

The beach was amazing! The buffet was very good and had many selections that changed from breakfast to lunch to dinner. The property felt safe and the resort was lively yet quiet and quaint.

No shuttle service to town. First encounter sets the tone and questions that one would expect to answer at checkin to answer sent to the line at guest services then back to check in. Attitude of guest service clerk needs adjusting. Additionally, we booked through Booking.com- for king room and received the last one in the confirmation without any indication it is a requested item- not guaranteed and tried to address with guest services- and was told to come back in an hour and room will be ready go back sorry come back tomorrow after 11- maybe you should change it to contact guest and take care of it. Never happened- we were in queen room the whole time.

Amenities and location. Food was good. Night clerk (evening shift on 1/1 and she worked day shift on 1/2) was phenomenal- super helpful and friendly.

Rooms are in an advanced grade of degradation.They started some works in one wing. Cleaning is an abstract concept. Table cloths in both a la carte restaurants are full of stains.

Some people from the staff are well trained, pleasant and helpful. Location is nice.

I have one major negative point: the staff at the welcome desk. Most of them are rude and totally uninterested. I had a major issue with a loss of my luggages for 2 days, and I experienced a total lack of sympathy or offer in helping me in this upsetting situation. The staff at the outside bar was also lacking motivation and customer service attitude. This time the pool was really dirty and no floaties nor activities (comparing to June 2021 where more was organized for kids).

i like the location of this property, it’s located on a very pretty and quite beach. The restaurants are also very good, and the all-in formula is really worth it.

Slow season, so only one premium restaurant open. Food was okay but pedestrian.

The staff puts on shows featuring music and acrobatics that are incredible. You see them during the day helping you do a turn on the trapeze (highly recommended) or taking you on a sail on the catamaran, then see them doing amazing shows at night.

The security at the gate was really rude. There is a way to grasp attention without shouting and making someone feel like criminal.

The rooms were old and need a makeover. The pool were sometime dirty and the food especially on the other restaurants than buffet were low standard.
