smelly, hall carpets need to ve cleaned more often or replaced . Rooms have tile, no carpets, which is great!

the water in the shower was not hot enough. there was no drinking water, and no microwave in the room. Construction noise. too many limits on the free drinks.

the room was bright and clean; the air conditioning worked very well. the mattress was comfortable.

Definitely a pricey option but few accomodation sights are cheap in Nassau.

The ocean view rooms are great even though they face a main street so the traffic noise may bother some. Staff was very helpful clearing up a confusion regarding the reservation. Rooms are very large and beds very comfortable, coffee is also available in every room. Daily complementary drink is a lovely gesture.

The sidewalks are not safe for walking! Pay attention or you will get run over or break your leg! Tried to order a Chardonnay and they didn’t have any chilled.

The hotel staff were absolutely the best! Happy to help and do whatever they could. Always with a smile. One of the hotel pool areas was closed and under renovation. The bar drink of the day tasted like pure juice (no rum) and the wine offerings were limited or not chilled. Hotel ice machines did not work. Room was comfy and filtered water available. The Junkanoo beach was lively and entertaining! Definitely had fun. Some good restaurants and shopping within walking distance and always taxi available at the hotel if you needed that.

Poorly organized, the line for the restaurant is sometimes too long and very slow.

The main pool was closed for repairs, although no one worked there for the first 3 days.

Its a little dated to be charging what they are for it. If it was $50 less a night it would be a great deal.

Balcony door lock was broken. Problem with the tv, Shampoo and body wash dispenser werent refilled. The safe broke at the end of our stay.limited selection of drinks at the bar and food was very poor.

The room is clean and comfortable,the location convenient to town.

The lobby and hallway were all very tired and need a lot of sprucing up.

Location was decent close to downtown, but not on it. The location was also located away from the tourist mob.

Ist of all you charge extra to clean room everyday. Out of the 12 days we were there we got service 7 days and repeatedly had to ask for clean towels. Cleaning the room should have been replaced with clean towels and that didnt happen. Also when asked for room service at 4:00 after being gone all day 🙄 was told it eas was too late and you had a maid I hallway for an hour on phone and 5 :00 she clocks out and goes home. Then had to hunt down towels once again.

It was conveniently to everything down town and one first floor so.didnt have to walk far.

It was booked @ booking.com as room for three adults. Kingsize bed was good for two, but where was third person area, i didnt realized, because armchair was small and whole so not for sleeping. Also asked this from registration and answer was that +45$/day for extra bed…

Pictures was taken, like it is brand new apartment😁 Administrators and workes was professional and helpful. Also morning omlet was delicious👍

Dinky coffee pot, no microwave, no program guide to tell you what’s on the TV, not easy to use remote.

Easy chair & ottoman, seating area w table, shower, fridge, clothing storage, plenty of elec plugs, location to West (Junkanoo) Beach, near to a jitney pickup corner.

swimming pool too cold empty pool all the times could not enjoy, i Wish they had a jacuzzi or a heated pool water too cold for the price of hotel. I booked here thinking i could enjoy beach and 2 swimming pools but not really

Room Clean, everything secured and organized, beach not good not recommended we didn't go once, stay on this hotel you'll see why, also pool water too cold for December, nobody in the pool all the times, we drove to other beaches, breakfast expensive but good, since we had to go to other places we got breakfast on the way and go to other beaches, jaws and love beach

The constant incredibly noisy trucks why is that allowed along a lovely beach front they deliberately honk their horns and reverse up as they pass pathetically!!

Staff all really nice and particularly Kendera who was exceptional in helping us with a off site puncture situation

Book for me and my spouse I arrived earlier than her I fell asleep.When she showed up they told her she has no reservation so she left and I got angry txt and ended up sleeping alone poor front desk staff.
