The hotel's internet is awful 😖. You have to pay for it and it's very spotty reception and not secure !

I ate there five times while I was there. Both breakfast and dinner each day. I found the meals well prepared and a good verity on the menu. I'd give the restaurant a excellent rating.

The facility was under renovation, so the pool and terrace outside our room was actually cordoned off for use. Also, I was continually pressured to participate in a tour of the club even though I repeatedly said I was not interested. I was also followed by another saleswoman (for another property) when I left the yacht club on foot. This happened three times over the course of three days and I had to finally get rude with her to put an end to it.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had a varied menu and was a good value.

although location is very good, you need to consider that a car is needed to move anywhere including Lucaya with all shops and restaurants. hotel is providing shuttles but something to bear in mind for additional flexibility. good part is that hotel can also rent cars and bikes as well as help with some activities.

lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the Marina and yachts, very large and well equipped kitchen with everything necessary, big rooms, large bathroom. very friendly personnel and management we were fortunate to be upgraded but also all our requests and daily asks were always answered quickly. nice restaurant and pool on site.

The mattress needed to definetly be softer. And the shower (which was broke) was new in the bedroom but worked. After it was fixed. The kitchen was modern and nice. The tv were small (monitor size) and the couch was hard as a rock. Thank god we were there to vacation and didnt spend much time in the room.

I would have liked a grab bar in the hot tub as it was difficult to get in and out of and a screen door for the patio door would be great.

I did not like the lighting at night time was very dark in some place hall way light was off outside my room and was very dark.

you need a car to get anywhere; the restaurant closed at 8 when we were there; elevator smells a bit (carpet?); expensive but not by Bahamas standards

there is a nice pool area and restaurant. the rooms have been refurbished quite nicely and it has retro charm. Quiet location.

Everything was great nothing to say I didn't like .

My kids and wife fell in love with the 2bedroom town house from the door open . I highly recommend the resort. Gated nice workers pool though men the kids was in it everyday sun up and down lol... Jeremy Simms and family will be back soon. We enjoyed our stay .

I initially booked a town home. The town home I got had a slight smell and bugs. I went to the front desk, there were no more townhomes available so they moved me to a suite. the suite was much nicer. The townhome was very outdated. Not sure if the room exchange was of the same value.

The staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly. All of them (front desk, housekeeping and security).
