I said that the property didn't meet my expectations because I wanted to stay in and watch TV a lot but they had no smart tvs. That was very disappointing

I like the size of the room and the amenities. It was very beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed 95 percent of what the hotel had to offer.

Was pricey for what you got. Could use more things for guests to do. Some of the waitresses were very slow or completely forgot you. Wasn’t all that busy during the time we were there. Gratuity for the wait staff should not be included. They should have to work for it. Might get better service. Food/store closed too early. Room cleaning could have been better. Room furniture was always dusty and the floor should have been mopped daily.

Property was clean and quiet. Location to beach was a nice walk. Food at the restaurant was great.

The room particularly the bathroom could use some refreshing. The linen was; however, very clean and the room overall was present and comfortable. The light was not that great in the room and the missing lightbulbs didn't do any favors.

The breakfast here was amazing and delicious. We had the Bahama Bread French Toast, and it's recommended. The coffee was also surprisingly good. I would plan to have breakfast here, regardless if I was staying or just coming to eat.

No shade while in the pool. The pool water was really warm but its that time of year.

Nice elevated bar next to marina for drinks and food. Games available on the lower deck with shaded sitting to watch marina. Room was big with hot showers. Interesting sea creatures down in the water to watch (nurse sharks, fish, starfish, crabs, etc.). Food and drinks were a little less expensive than at the other local places.

The sink was clogged but they got it fixed right away, the bathroom was too small and needed upgrading but was clean, there were no mini fridge or hair dryers .

We loved everything about bimini big game club resort. From the beautiful view of the dock and ocean to the comfortable and accommodating pool area. The locals and workers were friendly faces and made our stay more than what we expected

Old Bimini is slowly crumbling and the Big Game Club hotel is no exception. Considering the hotel prices, you will not be pleased.

The location is excellent if you want to stay in old Bimini (Alicetown). Close to good beaches, good availability of fishing and diving experiences. Food at hotel is good but very expensive.

We like meatless options, which was difficult to find.

The restaurant upstairs was very casual and pleasant. There was outdoor seating available on a deck that overlooked the harbor. We enjoyed any meals we had there. The grounds were well maintained.

Everything was closed -no restaurant, no Sharkys, no food or drinks available. We were told Sharkey's would be open to have a meal in the evening - it never opened. So we got back, went out into the street looking for a place to eat, and there was nothing close by. I understand that if there are no guests, services may be pared back. What is unacceptable is that if there will be no food or drink available, it should have been highlighted at the time of booking.

I have been a couple of times previously, so I like the location and the rooms have been clean and comfortable on my previous stays. This time the place was deserted.
