A lot off ugly people staying in, the room service was a little clumsy, they forgot a lot of things. At the last couple of ours in the last day, they mistakenly took down power source from our bedroom. two hours before we leave the room.

The beds are great! Nice infrastructure, nice restaurant.

The breakfast wasn't that good, all juices were not fresh, they were actually cordial and flavored powder, which is not healthy and does not match a breakfast standard for a 4 stars hotel. Apart from that, The sandwich press was very tiny, one sandwich at a time and over 100 guests eating at the same time, which is not intelligent and generated a massive inconvenience.

Hotel was very clean the afternoon tea was exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and made a big effort to converse in english. Relations manager André was very hospitable and made sure I was aware a a cervezaria local to visit as he found out I liked beer. Would recommend to any English travellers

I thought it was overpriced for everything they had to offer, plus the room I stayed in was extremely outdated.

I liked it how they had a pool, a gym and restaurants within their facilities, that made things much more convenient to my group.

The rooftop bar was shut due to the pandemic, which is understanding but there were no signs saying that.

We went to Itajaí for Valentine’s Day and we had a nice experience at Sandri for its comfort, staff and amazing breakfast.

For such a high standard and big hotel, having less than 10 parking spots outside and offering to charge for a private parking is really disappointing. Also, I booked a double bed room on Booking and when we got to the room, there were 2 single beds and the room didn't matched the photos. Fortunately, the reception staff were kind to move us to a better room.

Big hotel with no one speaking English and don't even want to try. This is a bit difficult. Don't put multiple nationality flags on the front is you can't have tourist from aboard. Ants in the room. Noisy doors and AC

There seamed to be a sign in the bathroom saying that if the towel was hanging it meant you would reuse it but if it was on the floor it meant you wanted a new clean one. I love this because I am an ecological person and appreciate these kind of initiatives EXCEPT that even though our towels were left hanging they still replaced them with a new one every day EVEN after I asked the front desk to not do so.

The location is great and the staff and customer service lovely but the hotel is a bit run-down and doesn't correspond to the photos, it might need a renovation to compete with other hotels in the area.

my first room was smelly and dirty and with mould at the wall. they changed my room and the smell at the bathroom was the same and was still dirty! I do not recommend

Room 723. Lot of mold.

Stayed here multiple times last two years and was good experience but this time got room with mold. I think there is a section in the hotel that is not renovated yet and if you get the section its not going to same as the renovated section which are far better.

they were remodeling… so all the corridors were under construction. the rooms are really small and the bathrooms updated and old. the mattress was ripped and seems to have seen better days. The staff was “ok” most of the time except for the guy that runs the breakfast, he was really rude. definitely not coming back. It wasn’t cheap so it was kind pf a waste of money.

There is limited parking or you have to pay for it. Room is above my expectations. I will expect more space and better bed.
