Marcia, met me with the keys. She is warm, super friendly and kind. The property is large, with tons of wonderful light that cascades into the rooms. A small kitchen area with a large fridge, gorgeous lounge area, powerful shower, comfortable bed - but the best part is the spectacular view of Copacabana beach from the bedroom window.

The building is located right in the heart of Copacabana, just couple of minutes walk to the sea and right next to biking and taxi station. There is 24 hours reception with friendly staff, so picking up the key and leaving the key for a day is great. Apartment is having marvellous sea view. It is clean, spacious and very comfortable for a couple. Big plus is terrace at the top, where you can just hang around and have your breakfast or lunch. The owner of property is communicating and replying fast, explaining questions and helping with any concerns, this way we would love to thank her for making our stay really special, and for all of these reasons we will return. This accommodation is fantastic! Marcia was the kindest host. Even though we didn’t meet, she made sure we were taken care of, and gave us very clear instructions and many recommendations! She helped to accommodate us at every point. Thank you Marcia! The place was large, clean, and in a fantastic location - 2 mins from Copacabana beach, many great restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the pool is small but warm & clean!

I loved everything about it! Beautiful view as well from the bedroom looking out on Copacabana beach and the ocean hitting.. amazing.

Marcia, the owner, was unbelievably kind. She communicated well, made sure I was comfortable, offered tourism advice and was the ideal host. The place was located 1 block from the chaotic Copacabana beach, so the perfect location. It was relatively quiet, well decorated and had everything you needed. On the rooftop was a wonderful pool to cool off from the hot weather. The 24 hour reception where you had to leave the keys meant you didn't have to carry them around with you. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Everything was beyond my expectations

This was the first time solo traveling through Brasil and I deeply enjoyed and appreciated the owner. She took time from her schedule to make sure I was enjoying Rio. She gave me tips and tricks for Rio and even invited me to see her friends. She really is one of a kind and in all my stays I've never seen anyone like her. If you need to stay somewhere in Rio, this is the place.

Nice apartment with balcony, and a few minutes from the beach (literally one block). Lots of bars and restaurants around. Metro station also accessible. The owner, Márcia, is very approachable, and makes whatever is possible to assist you with you stay and make it as comfortable as possible.

This is a top location in Copa Cabana and a great and spacious room. However, what made my stay even better was the host. The host is quick to reply, provides awesome recommendations and is very helpful. I highly highly recommend. I will be staying here again for sure! (10/10)

Great location, spitting distance from the beach. The apartment is very big and comfortable, and the fact they have a 24-hour reception makes it very comfortable. The host was very nice and communicative. Nice view of the beach from the bedroom window. Great value for money.

We had the seaview double room which was fantastic. the whole living space - bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen - was perfectly formed. the building is in art deco style and well maintained. the staff on site are very helpful. and security was excellent. Marcia is wonderful from beginning to end. We tend to avoid large impersonal hotels where possible in order to find smaller more interesting gems. This certainly surpassed all expectations.

The bed and pillow seems to be a little bit old and could it be a better experience with new bed clothes and pillows.
