Room to small an without windows so no sunlight or fresh air. Everyday we had to ask for toilet paper and they seemed mad when we did. Breakfast can improve. But you get what you pay. I wouldn't stay hier more than 2 nights.

Located in old town, close to coca museum, main square, bus stops and good restaurants, friendly stuff, smooth check in. Good water pressure and hot shower.

Sadly the pictures are not accurate to the rooms. We booked thinking there was good wifi (which I needed to sort some issues at home) unfortunately the wifi was awful, despite there being 4 different wifis none of them worked well. The bathrooms were also pretty grim, not too clean but I think this was down to other guests

The breakfast was nice and the staff were really helpful. The location is great and good value for money.

Outside our room was a metal roof and as it rained it was loud.. however that won’t be every room and it was worth it for everything else..

Great value for money.. good size clean rooms.. and a bonus that breakfast was included for the price.. it’s nothing amazing but for what you pay for the room it’s good.. you can help yourself to coffee, and then you get toast, jam, banana, little bun and some break and yogurt.. the staff are super friendly and helpful too and the location is spot on..

The breakfast isn’t anything to shout about but I think this is fairly typical of similar priced places in La Paz.

Great location! Staff were brilliant, we made use of the in-house tour agent for visits to Tiwanaka and Death Road and were really happy with both trips.

Wifi was terrible. They don’t let you check in early even though they told us the room was ready.

The wifi could have been better and no handsoap in the bathroom which would be nice to have for the priced we payed.

The building doesn't have an elevator and our room was on the fifth floor. Even though we were acclimatized it was unpleasant to walk this much to reach the room. In addition, during a rainy evening there was a substantial leak of water from the ceiling of our room. Although we asked and they changed our room, they moved us to a smaller one and they didn't offer any discount whatsoever

Wifi was spotty. They're very strict with allowing early check in. We had to pay for half of a night's stay just to check in 3 hours early to our room that was already available. We've been traveling for 2 years and have never had this happen anywhere else in the world, but I guess that's their policy. They will hold your luggage for you if you choose to explore before the 2pm check in time, but we were so exhausted from traveling that day.

Amazing location. Spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. Assisted us with taxis. Great amenities in our studio apartment room. Hot shower. They assisted us with booking a tour.

I always put the dirty towels to be replaced, they would take the dirty towels but not replace with new ones, I had to go down 5 stories every day to ask for towels.

Location is very central, had all we needed within 5 mins walking. Breakfast was good. Room was basic but good for the money we paid.

There is no lift so you have to carry the luggage all the way. We were on the last floor.

The location is good and felt safe to leave our luggage whilst we waited for the check in time. Breakfast was a good start to the day.

We moved to a second room and the bathroom smelled quite stale. The many floors and no elevator was tough, however we knew about this before booking.

The bathroom was very old and need some repairs. The breakfast was also very simple. Taking the stairs up was expected but tiring.

The room is great, very big with a great kitchen and a comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful and the location is excellent.

The breakfast is rather "maeh", but still okay!

The best shower in Bolivia so far! 😄 Very comfy and clean room. It's nice to have the opportunity to cook for yourself from now and then. The staff is super nice and helpful. Can absolutely recommend.
