Shower wasn't warm and while this wasn't the hotels fault there was someone playing music both at late night and early morning.

Good location and very good breakfast but having a lukewarm shower let's it down.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as could have been. The hallways were a little dingy. But much better than other La Paz hotels I have stayed at.

We were told the amount in US and then when we went to pay the payment was in BS which was fine. However, the incorrect exchange rate was proposed when making the payment (only and extra 10 BS but not the point). When I questioned the cost the man at concierge agreed with me said oh you're right and then tried to charge the incorrect amount anyway... just a bit sneaky. Which is the only issue I had.

The staff lovely and the breaky was absolutely delish! The room was small but adequate. The bed even though dated was comfy and cosy. Really great location also close to cafes, markets and cable car. BEWARE DONT EAT AT CURRY HOUSE (close to witches market)

Great location. Good buffet breakfast. Small but comfy room with hot shower and warm blankets on the beds. Helpful staff let us leave luggage in safe room after checkout.

The towels are worn out and don't smell good. No small towel to put on the floor of the bathroom which is very cold in La Paz ....

Very good shower and hot water at the basin. The beds were comfortable although with heavy blankets. Good internet, bedside table and lamps, many sockets, cupboard, chair and long tablet to put things. Rather quiet depending on the neighbors. Elevator. Very good location close restaurants and the historical plaza San Francisco where all the bus are passing through. Very good indoor or next restaurants. Very good and generous buffet breakfast.

The pillows could be a little better. The shower is confusing and should be more enclosed, we kept getting water all over the floor outside the shower and it couldn't be helped. The door to the bathroom was also creaky and my partner and I kept waking eachother up every time we went during the night. Oh, and the elevator was broken during our stay... not sure how often that happens but walking up and down to the 5th floor was not fun! Otherwise everything was pretty great

The view from the room was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful during the 2 nights we spent here. Very conveniently located!!! On the best street in the area and right next to alot of attactions including the cathedral and Witches market a street away. The on-site restaurant was convenient too and the buffet breakfast had a good selection

Light in the room was only turned off from the entrance, there was another switch but it was behind the bed 🛌. Only a bar of soap for washing hands and having a shower same one
