Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FranceI have enjoyed spending some Times to the Rennova hotel. Hotel's tram was very kind and keen to assist in any of the client requests. Perfectly located in a calm neighborhood, you can reach easily any place of La Paz through the telepheric (10 min walking) or by taxi.

PeruThe quality of the restaurant needs to improve. Both for breakfast and for dinner, it needs some improvement in the quality of the dishes.
The hotel is perfectly located if you need to work in the South of La Paz. The staff is great and the rooms are comfortable. The quality/price ratio is almost unbeatable.

United StatesThe selection at breakfast was adequate, but a little limited. As we are moving out of the pandemic times, it would be good to have some more options, although the fruit was really great quality!
I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Wifi was excellent. Bed was super comfortable. I really liked the over-sized water kettle for coffee and tea. On my early check-out, they also had a brown bag breakfast to go ready for me to take. Highly recommended hotel.

DenmarkVery nice staff. We arrived to early for check-in, but it was no problem. Quick and easy check-in. The room was very clean, and looked as it was all new. The room was quiet and together with the a good bed, we slept better than long. We had to check-out at 04.00 in the morning, and again it went nice and quickly. We even got breakfast with us to the airport.
