It’s been the best service I’ve ever received. Apart from the hotel, which offered all the amenities it should, its personnel has been extraordinarily awesome. Helpful, smiling, happy, polite, absolutely client-thinkers. Lastly, its restaurant on the 8th floor boasts marvellous city view. Prices quite fair (even low).

Hairdryer kept turning off on high setting. Was nice of them to arrange a breakfastbox, unfortunately it was not vegetarian. Even after specified three times

Maybe a bit warm if you come during the summers as I didn't notice ac or fans but my stay was great as the weather was pleasant!

A really nice hotel that has everything you need! Breakfast was so good on the top floor with amazing views. The tv in the room had netflix, prime and others - pleasantly surprised!

The only minor negative is that it is not located in the city center - it’s ok to get a taxi to get there but finding a taxi to come back is a challenge

Staff, excellent food in the roof restaurant, I can recommend pailita or fetticia with trout, prices are down, 54 resp., 56 bolivianis. Room spacious 30 m2, large bathroom, wifi strong, in the reception every day Apple and tea complimentary.

The temperature of the shower is very unstable. The water temperature regulation is not silky, varies between hot and cold. There is a small blood stain on the sheet.

Very good location. The top-floor restaurant provides delicious fine dining and has a wonderful view of the city, even can see the snow mountain when the weather is great.

I never felt the air conditioner cold the way I like and use to used.

The water took a long time to get hot. There were no drinking glasses in the room, although there was a fridge. No bottled water was supplied.

The eighth floor restaurant had amazing views. The breakfast was very good (but they didn't have a toaster). The house-keeping was excellent.

There were no drinking glasses in the two rooms I had on two separate stays. There was no toaster at breakfast time. On my first stay, the shower water was not warm enough. On my first stay, there was no chair or table in the room, so I had to eat a snack sitting on my bed.

The restaurant has fantastic views and the breakfast was good. The staff were great! The house-keeping was excellent. The location was OK for meeting at Plaza de Murillo.

New hotel located 10 mins walk from attractions. Good breakfast and amazing view of La Paz from the resturant. They let us check-in early. And packed breakfast as were leaving early.
