More of a hotel than a hostel vibe but was so nice. Beds comfortable, really spacious dorm, really clean. Breakfast buffet was included and was by far the best hostel breakfast I've had on my travels.

If you arrive too late for breakfast, lots ot items will not be refilled. There is no power outlet or little reading light at the dorm beds. The only power outlets are in your locker which is not very practical. The rooftop is amazing and would be really cool if they would make it more inviting for guests to spend more time there.

The location is really good! Beds are very comfortable! Big lockers in the room! Breakfast is really good if you get up early! The rooftop is awesome! In general a good hostel to stay.

Really good location next to the Witches Market, comfortable and spacious rooms with lockers provided. Friendly receptionists. Reliable wifi as well.

The bathroom gets wet after shower, due to the length of the curtains. It doesn’t really have a backpackers vibe and it is difficult to connect to people if you are alone.

Location is fantastic, spacious room, very nice building. Staff is helpful, there is a good restaurant in the building and also full of shops and good food in the surroundings. You can do everything on foot and easily.

You are charged to use the hairdryer (each time), which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Maybe you can ask guests for a deposit, which is returned once the hairdryer is returned after usage..?! Just an idea :)

Great location, spacious rooms, very clean, beautiful view from the rooftop, included breakfast was great! Staff on hand to help with any questions, and friendly.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the view was beautiful!! Same in the rooftop restaurant. And the staff was very friendly and polite! I would definitely return when I have a chance and I highly recommend it :)

Like other guests I don’t know why they don’t provide hand soap in the bathrooms (it could be a wall dispenser like in public restrooms) but should be provided in group dorms. That’s how people get sick. The breakfast was ok (NO one else upstairs) and besides my one roommate I only saw people check in or out. Didn’t feel like there was ANYONE there. The hills around the location are no joke.

I arrived at 7 am from an overnight bus and they let me do an early check in (40 BOB) but was so nice to get into the room. The beds were comfortable and have full around privacy screens now. The shower was big with hot water. And round the clock front desk was good.

A weird one, but the bedsheets had a lot of static!! I saw sparks at night!

There was no powerpoint next to the bed, it was across the other side of the room, so you couldn’t charge your phone overnight. One, for not wanting to leave it unattended in a shared room, and two, for needing an alarm next to you for the morning. So had to try and charge phone before going to bed jf the powerpoint was free, and then topping up the charge in the morning

The only thing that would be improved is that the dormitory beds should have curtains all the way around, not just a small and very thin curtain on the front. Also the beds do not have plug sockets or lights.

I loved this hostel. It was like a hotel but with dorms. Super clean facilities and rooms. Lovely and helpful staff. An amazing rooftop restaurant and a very good buffet breakfast which was included in the price of the room. The location is also great, close to the witches market and some of the cable car lines.
