Outdated rooms which are quite noisy. We were unlucky to stay a night when the nearby college was very loudly celebrating its 100th birthday. Thank god for ear plugs! When we arrived our booking hadn’t come through yet, we booked a room with air conditioning and they first placed us in a room without. We then asked them for a different room and again got one without, but it wasn’t too hot that day so we just accepted it. But it was a bit strange and got me wondering whether they have rooms with air conditioning at all.

It’s an old mansion so a beautiful building. Room is nice but a bit outdated with regards to furniture, perhaps to keep the old mansion in style. Breakfast was all right too. The staff is amazing. I had a personal problem (not with the hotel) and they helped me perfectly. Also, the next day when needing a cab, the lady walked with us all the way down the street to flag one down.

The rooms are small, breakfast does not offer much of a variation, and the comfort level is very small. It is fine for a night, but I cannot recommend it for a longer stay in Potosi.

The location is great and very close to the center and all major sides. The room was very small and in poor condition. It was overall okay, but certainly not super nice. The window was towards an inner hall, where they park cars and motos. If they start them it gets very loud. The breakfast was the smallest offering/variant compared to all the other locations we stayed in Bolivia. It was okay for the single night we stayed there. If you are planning a longer trip, I recommend going somewhere else.

The vehicles parked inside the structure between the reception area and rooms was unusual. The area smelled of benzina. The pavement was slippery.

The hotel phone rang right outside of our room, and late at night someone called multiple times & staff didn't answer, disturbing our sleep. The shower's hot water seemed to run very poorly at times - I think when other clients are showering at the same time it diminishes the available hot water supply.

The price was excellent, and the location was very close to the city centre. The beds were comfortable and the rooms & bathrooms were clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a bit small but provided in a timely manner, and water was available for purchase. The parking lot was quite spacious.

Terrible, terrible internet. The connection is just not strong enough nearly anywhere is the large-ish hotel. And the internet speeds are slow, and there are constant dropouts. Not good enough at all. Like many Bolivian hotels, a few minor repairs to the broken things could/would really make a difference.

Small-ish room had large windows (window doors) looking over the city. Good bed, a table, comfortable couch. It was very good. The breakfast was fine: the 100% standard Bolivian hotel breakfast. I ate two of everything so to have enough. Good shower.

Some owners are not friendly, the restaurant open sometimes (sometimes not). The hotel have some renovation works, can hear some noise and dirty everywhere.

It was a challenge to park our Nissan x-trail with rooftoptent inside the garage. It’s a narrow street and there is not much place to turn your car. The garage door is narrow too and not so high.

We liked the breakfast, fast Wifi and great location to the plaza! One of the staff members was really kind to help us park the car inside the garage. She also greeted us in the morning and asked if we slept okay.

Staff were lovely and very helpful - waited on the street in the rain to help me get a taxi. Room was very quiet - despite s few functions going on at the hotel in their conference rooms. Bed super comfy!

they were doing major refurbishment at the hotel up to 10pm at night and started at 7am the next morning. dust paint and building materials everywhere. Staff hard to find. Breakfast was very poor with stale bread, butter that had been left out all night and separated no eggs little choice. Our room had a large internal window that wasn’t covered fully by the curtain so the builders could look in. stay else where
